Abstract

A pneumatic tyre for winter conditions has its tread structured by circumferential and transverse grooves into blocks of differing circumferential lengths (L1, L2, L3). Shoulder blocks form a row. In each of these, and preferably in all blocks, there are similarly-spaced, parallel, lamellar fine incisions. There is incision interspacing (a), in the longer blocks, which is smaller than that (b, c) in shorter blocks.
