Abstract

A method for regulating the flow in a distant-heating transfer station is proposed, in which a pressure difference is produced by way of a defined cross-sectional narrowing provided in a bypass line to a main line, as a function of the regulated volume flow of the bypass line, and as a result of this pressure difference the flow through a main valve in the main line is regulated. An apparatus with a regulating member in a main line provides for a cross-sectional reducer and a regulator to be arranged in a bypass line and for the regulating member to be subjected to the pressure difference via the cross-sectional reducer.
