Abstract

In a corrugated board (cardboard) W comprising at least one corrugated core layer 1 and at least one flat cover layer 2, 3, at least one electrostatically shielding ply 4 is provided in the internal structure between the core layer 1 and the cover layer 2, and a charge-eliminating coating 5, 6 is applied onto the outside of the corrugated board W on the cover layer 2, 3. The charge-eliminating coating 5, 6 may be combined with a corrosion inhibitor 14.
