Description
Isolierstützen dienen als Träger für wärmeführende Rohrleitungen, Apparate und Bauteile, insbesondere auch für Ummantelungen (Abstandshalter) von Stopfisolierungen. Bisher wurden dafür hauptsächlich Konstruktionen aus Eisen oder anderen guten Wärmeleitern benützt, die bei genügender Festigkeit einen zusätzlichen Wärmeverlust von 5 - 10% verursachen. Unterstützungen aus üblichen Isolierstoffen wie Diatomit, Kork usw. verursachen bei dem notwendigen großen Querschnitt ebenfalls einen unzuverlässigen Wärmeverlust und haben sich in der Praxis entweder als nicht temperaturbeständig oder als ungenügend fest erwiesen. Es bestand deswegen die Aufgabe, Stützen aus einem Material zu entwickeln, das bei hoher Festigkeit und niederer Wärmeleitzahl den zusätzlichen Wärmeverlust vermeidet. Geeignet erweisen sich Glas, Porzellan sowie andere keramische Werkstoffe. In der Zeichnung ist ein Ausführungsbeispiel der Erfindung dargestellt:Insulating supports serve as supports for heat-carrying pipelines, apparatus and components, in particular also for sheathing (spacers) of plug insulation. The task was therefore to develop supports made of a material that, with high strength and low coefficient of thermal conductivity, avoids additional heat loss. Glass, porcelain and other ceramic materials have proven to be suitable. An exemplary embodiment of the invention is shown in the drawing:

Abb. 1 zeigt die Rohrleitung 1 umgeben von Isolierstoff 2 in einer Schutzummantelung 3. Diese Schutzummantelung 3 ruht auf Isolierstützen 4 in Form von zylindrischen oder kegeligen Stäben. Zur wärmeisolierenden Auflagerung dieser Rohrleitung an Baukörpern 5 dienen ein- oder mehrteilige Stützringe 6, Platten oder Hohlkörper.Fig. 1 shows the pipeline 1 surrounded by insulating material 2 in a protective casing 3.
