Description
Das Hauptpatent schützt eine Schallplatte aus Polymerisaten auf der Basis von Vinylchlorid mit einem Gehalt von 20-50% Vinylacetat. Schallplatten auf dieser oder auch verwandter Basis zeigen noch gewisse Mängel, insbesondere hinsichtlich der Benutzung durch die Abspielnadel. Die vorliegende Erfindung hat die Aufgabe, solche Mängel zu beseitigen; sie besteht darin, einen Zusatz von Materialien vorzusehen, die geeignet sind, die Gleitfähigkeit der Rillenoberfläche zu erhöhen. Hierzu kommen wachsartige Stoffe oder auch Graphit in Frage, gegebenenfalls in Kombination. Das Graphit wird vorzugsweise in kolloidaler Verteilung in die Hauptmasse eingebracht. Mit diesen Mitteln gelingt es, nicht nur Schallplatten auf Basis der Mischpolymerisate eine erhöhte Abspieldauer zu geben, sondern auch solchen, die auf anderer Kunststoffbasis hergestellt sind. Mengenmässig kommen für die Zusatzmittel zur Erhöhung der Gleitfähigkeit etwa 1% in Frage.The main patent protects a record made of polymers based on vinyl chloride with a vinyl acetate content of 20-50%.
