Die vorliegende Erfindung bezieht sich auf eine Vorrichtung, welche an Schuhen angebracht werden kann und die bezweckt, die Füfse während des kalten Wetters gegen Frost zu schützen. Dieselbe eignet sich besonders für Arbeiter und solche Bedienstete, welche Tag und Nacht über im Freien sich aufhalten und die an eine Beschäftigungsstelle gebunden sind, von welcher sie sich nicht hinwegbewegen dürfen, wie dies z. Die Querspangen werden an ihren freien Enden durch einen eingezogenen Draht oder Metallstreifen E gehalten und legen sich in die zwischen dem Oberleder und der Sohle vorhandene Vertiefung D des Schuhes ein. Das Festhalten der Vorrichtung auf dem Schuh ist also durch das federnde Gestell bedingt und daher jedes weitere Befestigungsmittel unnöthig. Die letzte Querspange kann, wie in Fig. 1 dargestellt, sich über das Sohlleder zwischen Absatz und Sohle des Schuhes legen, wodurch noch eine festere Verbindung hergestellt wird.The device is shown in FIGS. 1 and 2 in the accompanying drawing.
