Infolge dieser Anordnung hat der Innenraum der Klammer eine knopflochförmige Gestalt. Der Knopf kann leicht in die untere gröfsere Oeffnung d eingeführt werden. Dann wird die Kravatte nach unten gezogen und der Knopf gelangt, indem er auf den schrägen Kanten der Nasen a b gleitend die beiden Schenkel aus einander drückt, in die Oeffnung c, in welcher er von den beiden Schenkeln festgehalten wird.
