Description

Mit der Einführung des Selbstwählfernverkehrs wurde es notwendig, die amtsberechtigten Teilnehmer einer Nebenstellenanlage in mehrere Gruppen aufzuteilen, von denen jede nur zur selbsttätigen Herstellung einer Amtsverbindung bestimmter Wertigkeit berechtigt ist. Um beispielsweise zu verhindern, daß ein nur ortsamtsberechtigter Teilnehmer eine Fernwahlverbindung auswählt, wurde deshalb schon vorgeschlagen, den gesamten abgehenden Amtsverkehr über einen Vermittlungsplatz zu leiten, dessen Beamtin die Berechtigung des anrufenden Teilnehmers in jedem Fall überprüft. Je nach dem Ergebnis dieser Prüfung machte dann die Beamtin den Amtsübertragern zugeordnete Sperreinrichtungen wirksam oder unwirksam. Die Vermittlungsbeamtin der Nebenstellenanlage muß demnach bei dieser Art der Feststellung der Berechtigung anrufender Nebenstellenteilnehmer für die Herstellung einer abgehenden Fernwahlverbindung immer in Anspruch genommen werden, und ein anrufender Nebenstellenteilnehmer ist gezwungen, mit der Herstellung der von ihm gewünschten Verbindung so lange zu warten, bis er von der Beamtin abgefragt ist und die im belegten Amtsübertrager liegenden Sperreinrichtungen unwirksam gemacht sind. Eine weitere Ausbildung der Erfindung liegt darin, daß die zur Erfassung der vom Amt einlaufenden Zählstromstöße notwendigen Gebührenanzeiger den Kontrolleinrichtungen zugeteilt werden, so daß gegenüber den bekannten Anordnungen, bei denen jeder Amtsleitung ein Gebührenanzeiger zugeteilt'ist, die ZaM dieser Anzeiger stark verringert werden kann. Diese Verringerung in der ZaM der Gebührenanzeiger ist ohne weiteres zulässig, da lediglich ein Interesse an der Erfassung der Gebühren für Ferngespräche besteht.
