Dieser Nachteil wird durch das Schneidegerät gemäß der Erfindung beseitigt. Es besteht aus einer in die Frucht einzusteckenden Führungsnadel mit als Haltegriff dienender Ringöse und einem auf dieser Nadel gleitbaren Zerteiler, bestehend aus einem Führungsrohr mit an dessen unterem Ende sternförmig angeordneten, teilweise scharfgezalinten Zerteilermessern und am oberen Ende befestigten Handgriff. Ein weiteres Merkmal wird darin gesehen, daß die Zerteilermesser über das Ende des Führungsrohres vorstehen.
