Die Neuerung betrifft ein Wälzlager mit Drehzahlsensor nach dem Oberbegriff des Anspruchs 1.The innovation relates to a rolling bearing with a speed sensor according to the preamble of claim 1.
Derartige Wälzlager sind zum Beispiel aus der EP 0 327 434 Al bekannt. Dabei wird der Sensor seitlich am feststehenden Lageraußenring angebracht und auf dem sich drehenden Innenring ist ein Impulsring befestigt. Die Lösung gelingt mit den im kennzeichnenden Teil des Anspruchs 1 angegebenen Merkmalen. Dadurch, daß der Impulsring am Umfang einen Rand aufweist, der bei stillstehendem Lagerinnenring (Ruhezustand) ein einfaches Labyrinth bildet und bei Drehung des Lagerinnenrings zusätzlich das Fett radial vom Dichtspalt weg ins Lagerinnere abschleudert, wird mit einfachen Mitteln ohne zusätzliche Teile ein funktionssicheres und kostengünstiges Lager geschaffen. Der Rand kann dabei zum Beispiel eckig, gerundet oder rampenförmig ausgebildet sein. Der Innenring ist dabei mit 1 und der Außenring mit 2 bezeichnet. Dazwischen sind die Kugeln 3 angeordnet, welche von einem Käfig 4 auf Abstand gehalten werden. Eine Dichtung 5 verhindert auf der einen Lagerseite das Eintreten von Schmutz und das Austreten von Fett. Auf der anderen Lagerseite ist am Außenring das Sensorgehäuse 6 angeordnet, welches mit einem Vorsprung 7 versehen ist, der in die für die Dichtung vorgesehene Nut einschnappt. Am Lagerinnenring 1 ist der Impulsring 8 zum Beispiel mit Preßsitz auf den Lagerinnenring geschoben. Er weist einen Rand 9 auf, der als Schleuderscheibe bzw. Labyrinthdichtung das Fett am Austritt aus dem Lager hindert. Der Impulsring 8 erstreckt sich axial in den vom Sensorgehäuse 6 umgebenden Bereich, so daß er dem Sensor mit seinen impulsgebenden Ausnehmungen 10 gegenüberliegt. In den Figuren 2, 3, 4 und 5 sind verschiedene Ausbildungen des Randes des Impulsringes dargestellt. The inner ring is designated 1 and the outer ring 2.
