Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf neuartige Portionsfilter für Röstkaffee, insbesondere für den Einsatz in Trinkgefäßen.The invention relates to novel portion filters for roasted coffee, in particular for use in drinking vessels.
Als Portionsfilter, die extrahierbare Substanzen für Aufgußgetränke enthalten, sind beispielsweise Teebeutel weit verbreitet. Sie bestehen aus einem Beutel aus Filtermaterial, in dem sich das Teepulver befindet. Der Teefilterbeutei ist meist über einen Faden mit einem Etikett verbunden. Durch Greifen dieses Etiketts läßt sich der Beutel ohne direkten Kontakt mit dem darin befindlichen Tee auf hygienische Weise in ein Trinkgefäß einbringen, so daß sich das Getränk durch Aufgießen mit heißem Wasser zubereiten läßt. Während sich der Teebeutel in dem Gefäß mit heißem Wasser befindet, läßt man das Etikett an der Schnur auf der Außenseite des Gefäßes herabhängen. So läßt sich der Teebeutel nach Gebrauch bequem aus dem Gefäß entfernen. Nachteilig an dieser Art von Portionsfiiter ist es, daß der Teebeutel im Gefäß nicht stabil fixiert ist und sich frei in der Aufgußflüssigkeit bewegen kann, so daß das Etikett gegebenenfalls in das Gefäß hineinfallen kann, sich der Teebeutel nur schwer ohne weitere Hilfsmittel aus dem Gefäß entfernen läßt.Tea bags, for example, are widely used as portion filters that contain extractable substances for infusion drinks.
