Die am häufigsten verwendeten Aktenordner sind zum Ablegen von DIN A4-Blättern vorgesehen und etwa 31,5 cm hoch und etwa 28 cm breit. Am gegenüberliegenden Rand sind die Registerblätter 9 mit Registerfahnen 12 ausgestattet, welche beispielsweise mit Zahlen versehen sind. Eine Registerfahne 12 kann beispielsweise 1,5 cm breit sein, so daß sich im Bereich der Registerfahne 12 eine insgesamte Breite des Registerblattes 9 von 25 cm ergibt. Bei handelsüblichen DIN A4-Aktenordnern mit einer Breite B von etwa 28,5 cm wurden diese breiten Registerblätter 9 unter Berücksichtigung der Breite des Ringhalters 8 über den Rand der Aktenordnerdeckel 2,3 hinausragen und somit insbesondere beim Einschieben in Aktenordnerwänden knicken, was selbstverständlich unerwünscht ist. 1.
