Die Erfindung betrifft ein Hörgerät mit einer im Hörgerätegehäuse angeordneten Batteriekammer zur Aufnahme einer auswechselbaren Batterie und einer die Gehäuseöffnung zur Batteriekammer verschließenden Batterielade oder Abdeckung, die schwenkbar am Gehäuse angelenkt und gegen das Gehäuse verrastbar ist, wobei die Batterielade durch ein Hilfsmittel zu öffnen ist.The invention relates to a hearing aid with a battery chamber arranged in the hearing aid housing for accommodating a replaceable battery and a battery door or cover which closes the housing opening to the battery chamber and which is pivotally hinged to the housing and can be locked against the housing, wherein the battery door can be opened using an aid.
Ein Hörgerät dieser Art ist im deutschen Gebrauchsmuster 94 06 447 beschrieben. Bei diesem bekannten, hinter dem Ohr tragbaren Hörgerät ist die Batterielade mittels eines Scharniers schwenkbar am Gerätegehäuse angelenkt. Zum Öffnen und Schließen der Batterielade weist diese als Handhabe einen Griffansatz auf. Außerdem ist an der Batterielade eine Raste vorgesehen, die beim Schließen der Lade gegen das Batteriefach bzw. das Gerätegehäuse verrastbar ist. Um die Batterielade gegen unbeabsichtigtes Öffnen zu sichern, ist eine zusätzliche Verriegelung vorgesehen. Diese sogenannte Kindersicherung besteht aus einem in einer Führung verschiebbaren Riegel oder Schieber, der durch ein Hilfsmittel, wie einen Stift oder einen Schraubendreher, in die Entriegelungslage oder in die Verriegelungslage verschiebbar ist. Hierzu ist in der Führungswandung ein Schlüsselloch vorgesehen, durch das der Stift steckbar ist. Zusätzlich weist der Schieber oder Riegel auf seiner dem Schlüsselloch zugewandten Seite noch eine Bedienkerbe auf. Kinder werden dadurch am selbständigen Entfernen der Batterie gehindert, während z.B. die Eltern oder der Hörgeräteakustiker den von Zeit zu Zeit erforderlichen Batterieaustausch unter Verwendung eines Hilfsmittels vornehmen können.
