Ring-shaped piece of jewellery

The innovation concerns a ring-shaped piece of jewelry.

The innovation is based on the task of creating a ring-shaped piece of jewellery, in particular a finger ring, wherein the piece of jewellery consists of parts that are movable relative to one another but are connected to one another in a captive manner,

According to the innovation, the task is solved by an outer ring and an inner ring, whereby the inner ring is coaxially rotatable and displaceable in the outer ring and is captively connected to the outer ring at its edge areas by form-fitting.

The following description of preferred embodiments serves to further explain. They show:

As can be seen from Figures 1, 2 and 3, a ring-shaped piece of jewelry, namely a finger ring, comprises an outer ring 1 and an inner ring 2. The inner ring 2 can be rotated and moved coaxially in the outer ring 1. The outer ring 1 and the inner ring 2 are connected to one another in an undetachable manner at one edge area by means of a positive locking. As can be seen from Figure 3, the positive locking is achieved by the outer ring being convex on its outside and the inner ring being concave on its outside - with a wall thickness remaining approximately the same. This ensures relative rotation and a coaxial relative displacement of the outer ring 1 and the inner ring 2 without the inner ring 2 being able to be detached from the outer ring 1.

Figure 4 shows an embodiment of a finger ring that is modified compared to Figure 3, wherein the positive connection between an outer ring 11 and an inner ring 12 is ensured by flange-like bent edges 13 and 14 on the outer ring 11 and inner ring 12, respectively.

The ring-shaped piece of jewelry described is pushed onto a finger with the inner ring 2. The outer ring 1 can now be moved on the inner ring 2, which is firmly attached to the finger, namely by twisting it and axially towards the fingertip. Since the outer ring 1 can only be pushed over the inner ring 2 in one direction from the position shown in Figure 1,

an axial relative displacement of outer ring 1 and inner ring 2 can be prevented if the ring is optionally worn rotated by 180°, because the palm of the hand then prevents the outer ring 1 from moving over the inner ring 2.

Figures 5 and 6 show a modified embodiment of a finger ring. An inner ring 22 is held coaxially rotatable and displaceable in an outer ring 21 in the manner shown in Figure 3. The inner ring 22 is made of relatively thin material and is perforated so that it resembles fine points.

Finally, Figure 7 shows several ring-shaped pieces of jewelry according to Figures 5 and 6, which are connected to form a chain, the diameter of which is variable due to the mobility of the outer rings 21 and inner rings 22.

A piece of jewellery consisting of at least one outer ring and an inner ring movably connected thereto, as described above, can also be designed as an earring.

The outer ring and inner ring can be made of the same materials, e.g. gold or silver. Alternatively, the outer ring and inner ring can also be made of different materials, e.g. silver or gold. The inner and outer rings can also be colored or patterned differently.

The outside of the outer ring 1 is, as shown in Figures 1 and 2, essentially circular-cylindrical. In the embodiment according to Figures 5 and 6, the outside of the outer ring 21 is spherical.

Ring-shaped piece of jewelry, characterized by an outer ring (1, 11, 21) and an inner ring (2, 12, 22), whereby the inner ring is coaxially rotatable and displaceable in the outer ring and is captively connected to the outer ring at its edge areas by a positive locking mechanism. 2. Piece of jewellery according to claim 1, characterized in that at least the outer ring (11) or the inner ring (12) is substantially cylindrical. 3. Piece of jewelry according to claim 1, characterized in that the outer ring (1, 21) is convex on its outside and the inner ring (2, 22) is concave on its outside. 4. Piece of jewellery according to claim 1, characterized in that the inner ring (22) is perforated. 5. Piece of jewellery according to claim 1, characterized in that several outer rings (21) are connected to form a chain by several inner rings (22).
