The description

Telephone cards as collector's items differ from one another largely only in the way they are printed. This creates the appeal for new, more interesting telephone cards, which complement and enhance the conventional card collection with their different style. The targeted use of new and original cards could significantly increase the collector's market.

The present and following invention represents a significant step in this advantageous and forward-looking direction. The invention can be designed in a variety of ways and thus provide the collectors' market with new incentives to buy telephone cards.

The invention specified in the claim is based on the following problems:

- to attract attention among the population;

- increase sales;

- to retain the function as a telephone card;

- to make the system simple and effective.

The advantages achieved by the invention are in particular that

- the awareness of the population, especially telephone card and coin collectors, is increased;

- more people are encouraged to collect;

- the function as a telephone card is retained;

- sales figures are likely to increase due to the market stimulus;

- the system is simple and effective;

- a new collecting area is opened up.

Examples of implementation

The phone card has the usual thickness of such a prepaid card. A hole is cut into the card, which is exactly the size of the coin to be inserted. The coin (l.a) may only be thick enough to be welded into the card using two tear-resistant and extremely thin films (l.b). See drawing no. 1. It is advantageous to weld the coin into the card. This way, depending on the quality of the film, it is largely protected from scratches that reduce its value.

It is also possible to integrate the coin securely into the card without sealing it.

All three layers (No. 2-4) are equally thick and together make up the usual thickness of a telephone card. The parts to be cut out are shown with dashed lines. The holes in layers No. 2 and No. 4 are adjusted to the radius of the coin (5.a), and hole No. 3 is adjusted to the radius of No. 5 b. Now layer No. 2 is glued to No. 3. The coin, specially made like No. 5, is inserted into the glued layer. Now layer No. 4 is glued to No. 3 with the coin. Sketch No. 6 shows the finished Numis telephone card. The card just described should not be bent because of the retaining ring (No. 5 b).

The coin can be integrated anywhere on the value card.

The chip is installed into the finished card in the conventional way.

Utility model claim 1. The prepaid card (telephone card or similar) is characterized by the fact that a coin of any kind (size, shape, etc.) is integrated into it at any point and that the card body is made of single or multi-layer plastic. 2. Prepaid card according to claim 1 is characterized by a foil closure in which one or more coins have been welded or glued or the like. 3. Prepaid card according to claim 1 is marked by a so-called ring holder (sketch no. 5 b), which may have been glued or similarly attached to the card and that the surface of the coin is flush with the surface of the card.
