1. Die Satteltaschen erlauben dem Fahrer sein Fahrzeug möglichst schwerpunktgünstig zu beladen, da sie eine keilförmig halbrunde Form besitzen, die es ermöglicht schon während des Packvorganges zu überprüfen, ob die Taschen schwerpunktgünstig beladen werden oder nicht, wenn sie auf ebenem Boden stehen. Der resultierende Neigungswinkel (als Ergebnis von plazierter Masse in Form von Gepäckstücken und Erdanziehungskraft) informiert den beladenden Nutzer über das erreichte Schwerpunktverhalten, das die Fahreigenschaften eines Zweirads deutlich verändern kann. Optimal ist das Ergebnis, wenn sich die Tasche auf ebenem Boden nicht nach hinten neigt, sondern relativ gerade (waagerecht) stehen bleibt, da sich der erreichte Schwerpunkt dann dem Eigenschwerpunkt des Motorrads annähert, wodurch sich die Fahreigenschaften nicht sonderlich verändern, und dies als positiv zu bewerten ist. Beispiel: Optimal wäre es den Schwerpunkt des Fahrzeugs, der sich immer zwischen Tank, Lenkkopflager und Schwingenaufhänung befindet zu treffen. Dies ist aber durch die stark eingeschränkten Platzverhältnisse nicht möglich, da sich an dieser Stelle fast immer der Motor plus Antriebseinrichtungen befinden. Dies hat den Vorteil, daß der Fahrer die Satteltaschen individuell auf die verschiedensten Bauarten der Motorradheckpartien optimal abstimmen kann, und somit vorzeitigem Verschleiß durch mechanische (Scheuern, Zusammenpressen usw.) und thermische Beanspruchungen (Verschmoren durch Auspuffhitze) vorbeugen kann. Somit wird der Erwerb und die Montage einer speziell für Motorräder erhältlicher Gepäckbrücke überflüssig. Die PE-Elemente gehen durch verschiedene Größen und Härten auf die verschiedensten Motorradkategorien und Nutzungsbedingungen (Bsp.:Expeditionsähnliche Vorhaben, kleinere Fahrten ins "Grüne" usw.) ein. Es sind aber auch andere Materialien wie z.B. PUR oder gummiähnliche Werkstoffe denkbar, um den erforderlichen Abstand zu gewähren. Die Satteltaschen erlauben in allen Volumenzuständen den Soziusbetrieb, außer bei Fahrzeugen mit extrem kurzer Sitzbank/Gepäckträger (z. B. Geländesportmaschinen).3. 4. Die Materialkonfiguration von PE-Weichschaumplatten die mit Stoff vernäht werden ist für den motorisierten Zweiradsektor als völlig neu zu bewerten, da sie aus der Sparte des Wassersportbereiches stammen (Surftrapezgurte, Boardbags, Tauchanzüge usw.) und soziusähnliche Eigenschaften simulieren. Abschließend sei noch erwähnt daß die Erfindungen zunächst an Arbeitsmodellen im Maßstab 1:5 auf fundierten Realisierungsgehalt erprobt wurden und nicht nur auf reines Vorstellungvermögen basieren. Panniers combination for motorcycles, consisting of saddlebags and a top bag, characterized in that the saddlebags have a wedge-shaped, quarter-round shape and their weight is supported against the seat sides, luggage racks and/or side panels by velcroed, screwed, inserted or buttoned, flexibly fixable spacer elements, preferably made of plastic or rubber-like material.

The shape of the saddlebag informs the user loading the bag about the resulting angle of inclination on level ground, about the achieved center of gravity behavior through a rolling movement forwards or backwards, since the bottom of the bag (i.e. the base) consists of a 90 degree radius (rocking chair function), and thus provides information about the changed driving characteristics before the bags are attached to the motorcycle.

The shape of the saddlebags avoids major packing errors and allows the driver to load his vehicle in a way that is favorable for the center of gravity (and in accordance with the resulting driving dynamics) because the bottom of the bag widens continuously in a quarter-circle from the rear upper corner of the bag to the front lower corner of the bag to the maximum widest point of the bottom of the bag (and the overall width).

The folding mechanism, which is directed forward in the direction of travel, allows a volume variation of seven liters per saddlebag and is characterized by a widening (i.e. V-shaped) expansion fold that extends from bottom to top, which can be varied in the upper, front width using a cord with a quick-release fastener, bag lid, strap fastener or a similar tensioning device (such as Velcro).

The independent folding mechanism of the top bag, which is independent of the saddlebags, results in a volume variation of approx. 40 liters, which is characterized by a large, V-shaped expansion fold that connects the semi-circular top of the bag with the bag tray (base part) within the sewn-in or welded side parts so that the overall height of the bag can be changed according to the load. The side parts act as hinges, the pivot point of which is in the front area, across the direction of travel and the seat (similar to a shell).

The folding mechanism is mainly tightened by an internal belt system, preferably consisting of two individual belts, around the desired load in such a way that the entire bag lid including the opening is lowered onto the load and the bag tray, and tightened within the bag. The belts run from the rear, lower area of the bag tray (seen in the direction of travel) via a firmly fixed bearing at the top point of the bag lid via two quick-release fasteners to the lower, front area of the bag tray, where they are firmly anchored according to the material.

Starting from these two points, two further short straps connect the top bag (each with a strap with a quick-release fastener) to each saddlebag in such a way that the short straps act as a hinge when the top bag is folded over onto the front part of the seat, to enable the driver to quickly and easily access the pocket openings of the saddlebags without completely detaching the top bag from the vehicle.

Directly at the fixing points of the rear lower area of the bag tray there are also two further quick-release fasteners that connect and tighten the top bag with two straps to the rear of the motorcycle, but preferably to the luggage rack. This is the partial separation area that the driver can use to move the top bag from the driving position to the loading and unloading position for the saddlebags.

When driving, the top bag with its entire base surface rests on the rear part of the seat (e.g. pillion seat), the luggage rack (or rear frame loop, fender, fairing part) and on the tops of the saddlebags (or other, conventional case systems). The existing V-shaped, centrally located (horizontal in the direction of travel) base constriction bridges the luggage rack/pillion grab bar that often protrudes upwards on motorcycles and which

Physically separate the seat from the luggage rack in order to achieve a maximum storage area without having to physically split the upper bag into two parts (as is the case with two individual luggage rolls).

If necessary, the top bag can be comfortably carried as a backpack on foot or when riding solo, as two additional shoulder straps fit into the same quick-release fasteners that connect the top bag to the saddlebags (at the lower, front area of the bag tray) and the two quick-release fasteners on the luggage rack when riding. The base tray serves as a support surface for the back.

The shoulder straps of the top bag are used if necessary (e.g. in road conditions similar to piste) to additionally fix the top and saddle bags together by attaching both shoulder straps to the two side parts of the top bag in such a way that they connect two existing quick-release fasteners on the top bag, which are firmly fixed in the base or preferably lower side part, with one quick-release fastener on the saddle bags, which is anchored in the base (or lower side part), and these tend to be pulled away from moving chassis parts (swing arm, wheels, chassis parts, exhaust system) when the straps are tightened.

In this way, the shoulder straps counteract the torque that occurs when the saddlebags are fully loaded or partially loaded. This torque is caused by the lateral support of the spacers, e.g. on the sides of the seat, and pushes the lower part of the saddlebags towards the rear wheel.
