1.) Description:

Floating device for water sports and bathing fun.

2.) Description of production:

The float is made of plastic material PYC-C. With a wall thickness of 6 - 8 mm, stability is ensured. (Fig. No.) 6 air chambers, which are distributed over the entire length of 2200 mm at the human body's center of gravity, ensure that the float remains unsinkable in every situation. (No. 2.)

2.1.)The fin (No. 6.) is made of soft rubber, ribbed on both sides. The thickness at the base is 20 mm, at the end 6 mm. Height 150 mm, length 500 mm.

The pivot (No. 13) and reinforcement (No. 7) are made of metal (> 10 mm) and sheet metal (2 mm), connected by a weld. The pivot with reinforcement is cast into the fin as one part, so the pivot with reinforcement and fin are firmly connected.

2.2.)The wishbone (No. 8.) and 2 connecting parts (No. 9.) are made of 1.5 mm stamped sheet metal. The wishbone is placed on the pivot and additionally welded in place. This completes the drive part of the floating device.

2.3.)The pedals (No. 4.) are made of hard fabric and have guide rails that are made to fit the guides on the float (No. 1.).The left and right guide rails are each connected to a connecting part on the wishbone using screws so that the required minimum rotational movements are guaranteed.

2,4.) On each side, 1 wire spring 0 4 mm shaped as in Fig. (10-11) ensures the original position of the fin. The wire springs are attached to the upper end of the pivot axis so that one end is attached to the connecting part on the screw and the other end is stretched on the KiI (No. 12). The same procedure applies on both sides. The pivot axis is inserted at the top and bottom of the KiI with brass sleeves.

2.5.)The handles (No. 3.) are made of solid PYG plastic and can be folded using a 0.7mm round steel bolt. This makes them easy to handle during transport and storage.

3.) Function, operation:

The swimming device only moves forward, in the same way that a fish moves. To turn or change direction, you just press firmly on any pedal once. You only need to pedal evenly to move forward.

3.1·) Operating the swimming device is easy and requires less effort than swimming. The swimming body is designed for the comfortable position and posture that a human body needs when operating it. Two handles (No. 3.) ensure a safe posture and for controlling the device when moving forward or changing direction.
