Description
Elastische Wellenkupplung mit zwischen den Kupplungsscheiben als Ganzes in zusammengedrücktem Zustand einfügbarem Gummikörper Es sind elastische Wellenkupplungen mit zwischen den Kupplungsscheiben :als Ganzes in zusammengedrücktem Zustand einfügbarem Gummikörper bekannt. Dieser besteht teils aus einem; oder zwei festschraubbaren Gummikörpern, die in der Mitte kegelförmigen und .am Innen- und Außenrand ebenen Querschnitt aufweisen. Am Innen- und Außenrand sind Metallringe eingespannt oder aufvulkanisiert, die auf den Wellenflanschen zentriert und mit diesen durch Schrauben verbunden sind. Da die Einspannräder starr sind und etwa die Hälfte des Gummikörperquerschnittes beanspruchen, verbleibt als wirksamer nachgiebiger Teil nur etwa die Hälfte des Gummikörpers. Dadurch wird aber die Elastizität und Biegsamkeit der Kupplung so stark herabgesetzt, daß das Einfügen des Gummikörpers zwischen den Wellenflanschen eine besondere Vorrichtung erforderlich .macht. Bei den Kupplungen mit zwei kegeligen Gummikörpern sind letztere in der Mitte :durch Blechringe und Scheiben umkleidet und durch Schrauben oder Niete verbunden. Durch die starren Blechringe usw. werden jedoch die Elastizität und Biegsamkeit der Gummikörper nochmals beeinträchtigt. Ferner bewirken die auf den nachgiebigen Gummikörpern nicht immer genau konzentrisch sitzenden Blechringe usw. durch Fliehkraftwirkung eine schädliche Unwucht bzw. ein Schlagen der Kupplung,. was durch die Elastizität des Gummis noch gesteigert wird. Die Erfindung löst die Aufgabe, die den bekannten Wellenkupplungen anhaftenden Mängel in der Weise zu beseitigen, daß der zwischen den Einspannrändern befindliche nachgiebige Teil des membranförmigen Gummikörpers durch Neugestaltung seiner Einspannung eine erhebliche Erhöhung an Elastizität und Biegsamkeiterfährt, damit, sowohl das Einfügen oder Auswechseln des Gummikörpers völlig ohne Vorrichtung möglich ist, als auch die Kupplung durch ihr nachgiebiges, nicht eingespanntes Gummivolumen größere Winkel-und Höhenverlagerungen und größte durch Stoßbelastungen verursachte Verdrehungswinkel der gekuppelten Wellen zuläßt. Zur Lösung dieser Aufgabe ist der Gummikörper an seinem kleinen Zentrierflansch, wie bereits vorgeschlagen, radial aufvulkanisiert, gemäß der Erfindung jedoch an seinem großen Zentrierflansch, in einer Hohlkehle auslaufend, achsparallel aufvulkanisiert. Dadurch werden die Befestigungshöhe am großen Zentrierflansch zugunsten des elastischen Gummivolumens auf ein Minimum verringert und somit als fortschrittliche Wirkung ein Maximum an Elastizität und Biegsamkeit erreicht. Da der achsparallel und in einer Hohlkehle auslaufende Gummikörper durch sein größeres, nicht eingespanntes elastisches Volumen auch in axialer Richtung hochelastisch ist, läßt sich als weiterer Fortschritt das Einfügen und Auswechseln desselben zwischen den Kupplungsscheiben ganz ohne Vorrichtung ausführen. Als weitere Verbesserung sind zur Erhöhung der Gummikörperlebensdauer am großen Kupplungsflansch innen Lufteintritts- und außen Luftaustrittslöcher vorgesehen. Der Einbau des Gummikörpers erfolgt in umgekehrter Reihenfolge.
