Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft einen Katheter und bezweckt, die Vortheile des harten und des weichen Katheters mit einander zu verbinden. Zu diesem Zweck soll die Spitze, welche den gröfsten Theil der Katheterkrümmung bildet, weich sein, damit sie sich ihren Weg selbst sucht. Um aber mehr Gewalt anwenden zu können, als dies bei einem durchaus weichen Katheter möglich ist, soll der gerade Theil und ein kleines Anfangsstück der gekrümmten Spitze starr sein. Zu dem Ende wird, wie aus Fig. 1 ersichtlich, von einer gebogenen starren Röhre α, ζ. Β. einem starren Katheter, nach Entfernung der Spitze die Oeffnung durch Einbiegen des Randes leicht verengt. Durch diese Röhre α wird jetzt ein weicher Katheter b so weit hindurchgezogen, dafs die Spitze c aus der Röhre α herausragt.The present invention relates to a catheter and aims to combine the advantages of the hard and the soft catheter with one another.
