Claims (9)

1. Vorrichtung zur fortlaufenden Herstellung eines aus einem glatten Innen rohr (107) und einem mit diesem verschweißten mit Querrillen (24) verse­ henen Außenrohr (105) bestehenden Verbundrohres (23) mit einer Rohr- Muffe (108)
  • 1. wobei mit ringförmigen Formausnehmungen (102) versehene, sich auf einer Formstrecke (9) jeweils paarweise zu einer Form mit einer Mittel- Längs-Achse (29) ergänzende Halbkokillen (2, 2') auf einem Maschinen­ tisch (1) im Kreislauf und in Produktionsrichtung (4) geführt angeordnet sind,
  • 2. wobei die Formausnehmungen (102) an in den Halbkokillen (2, 2') aus­ gebildete Teil-Vakuum-Kanäle (103) angeschlossen sind,
  • 3. wobei der Formstrecke (9) ein Spritzkopf (25) eines Extruders vorgeord­ net ist,
  • 4. wobei der Spritzkopf (25) mit einer Außen-Düse (93) zur Extrusion eines Außen-Schlauches (104) und in Produktionsrichtung (4) nachgeordnet mit einer Innen-Düse (63) zur Extrusion eines Innen-Schlauches (106) und an seinem in Produktionsrichtung (4) hintenliegenden Ende mit einer Tempe­ rierglocke (62) versehen ist,
  • 5. wobei zwischen Außen-Düse (93) und Innen-Düse (63) aus dem Spritz­ kopf (25) mindestens ein Gaskanal (56) ausmündet, und
  • 6. wobei zwischen Innen-Düse (63) und Temperierglocke (62) ein Gas- Kanal (100) aus dem Spritzkopf (25) ausmündet,

  • 3. daß der Gas-Kanal (100) an ein Ventil (125) angeschlossen ist, das auf Gas mit Druck (p4) über Atmosphärendruck schaltbar ist, und
  • 4. daß Schalter (123, 124) vorgesehen sind, die in Abhängigkeit von der Stellung der Muffen-Ausnehmung (109) zu dem Gas-Kanal (100) und/oder dem mindestens einen Gaskanal (56) die Ventile (125a, 125) schalten.
