Claims (12)
wobei:
- 1. die Lagenmaterialien durch eine Klebstoffzusammensetzung, umfassend von etwa 94 bis etwa 60 Gewichtsprozent eines cycloaliphatischen Diepoxids, von etwa 1 bis etwa 10 Gewichtsprozent eines kationischen Photoinitiators und von etwa 5 bis etwa 30 Gewichtsprozent eines Vinylchlorid-Vinylacetat-Vinylalkohol-Terpolymers, jeweils bezogen auf das Gewicht der Klebstoffzusammensetzung, aneinander gebunden sind,
- 2. das Laminat durch aliphatische Kohlenwasserstoff-Lösungsmittel während eines Zeitraums von mindestens fünf Minuten bei Raumtemperatur nicht in erheblichem Umfang angegriffen wird, und
- 3. das Laminat eine Abziehfestigkeit von mehr als etwa 200 g aufweist,
- A) das Aufbringen der Klebstoffzusammensetzung auf einer Oberfläche eines ersten Lagenmaterials,
- B) das Belichten der Klebstoffzusammensetzung auf der Oberfläche des ersten Lagenmaterials mit inkohärenter gepulster Ultraviolettstrahlung aus einer Excimer-Entladungslampe mit einer dielektrischen Grenzschicht, wobei die inkohärente gepulste Ultraviolettstrahlung eine einzelne schmale Wellenlängenbande im Bereich von etwa 260 bis etwa 360 Nanometern aufweist,
- C) das Inkontaktbringen einer Oberfläche eines zweiten Lagenmaterials mit der die Klebstoffzusammensetzung tragenden Oberfläche des ersten Lagenmaterials, und
- D) das Aushärten der Klebstoffzusammensetzung.
in which:
- 1. The sheet materials by an adhesive composition comprising from about 94 to about 60 weight percent of a cycloaliphatic diepoxide, from about 1 to about 10 weight percent of a cationic photoinitiator and from about 5 to about 30 weight percent of a vinyl chloride-vinyl acetate-vinyl alcohol terpolymer, each based on the weight of the adhesive composition bound together
- 2. the laminate is not significantly attacked by aliphatic hydrocarbon solvents for a period of at least five minutes at room temperature, and
- 3. the laminate has a peel strength of more than about 200 g,
- A) applying the adhesive composition to a surface of a first layer material,
- B) exposing the adhesive composition on the surface of the first layer material with incoherent pulsed ultraviolet radiation from an excimer discharge lamp with a dielectric boundary layer, the incoherent pulsed ultraviolet radiation having a single narrow wavelength band in the range from about 260 to about 360 nanometers,
- C) contacting a surface of a second layer material with the surface of the first layer material carrying the adhesive composition, and
- D) curing the adhesive composition.
