Perforated wall for product presentation

The invention relates to a perforated wall for the presentation of blister packs hanging on hooks, with a hole pattern consisting of a plurality of transverse rows of holes.

The previously known perforated walls are provided with a combination of round holes of 4.2 or 4.5 mm and show a row of holes with an axial distance of 25 mm and a row with a hole distance of 15 mm, alternating one above the other.

Since the blister hooks for holding the packaging have different distances between their hooks at the end that can be hooked into the perforated wall, these perforated walls can only be used for certain blister hooks.

The object of the invention is to equip a perforated wall with a special hole pattern which enables the hanging of all blister hooks available on the market in a variable hanging dimension range.

This object is achieved according to the invention by the characterizing features of claim 1.

The subsequent subclaims contain design features which represent advantageous and beneficial further developments in the solution of the task.

The perforated wall according to the invention for product presentation is equipped with a special hole pattern, which has transverse rows of holes made up of elongated holes and round holes, which are arranged alternately and which all have an equal axial distance running in the longitudinal direction of the row.

This alternating arrangement of long and round holes has the great advantage that all blister hooks available on the market with a hanging dimension of 20 to 45 mm can be hooked into this hole, thus giving the perforated wall a wide range of applications.

Furthermore, this new hole pattern also presents an attractive appearance for the consumer.

This perforated wall can be used to create both standing hanging walls and columns with a triangular, square or other basic shape with a fixed or mobile base.

The drawings show an embodiment of the invention, which is explained in more detail below. It shows:

The perforated wall (1) for the presentation of goods from blister packs (3) hanging on hooks (2) shows a hole pattern made up of a large number of transverse rows of holes (R). Each row of holes (R) has an alternating elongated hole (4) and a round hole (5) and the center distance (A) in the elongated hole (4) and the center distance (A) between the elongated hole (4) and the round hole (5) are the same.

The center distance (A) of each elongated hole (4) running in the longitudinal direction of the elongated hole and thus in the longitudinal direction of the row is 15 mm and the center distance from the elongated hole (4) to the round hole (5) is also 15 mm.

The transverse rows of long holes and round holes (R) have an equal center distance (H) of 12.5 mm in the vertical direction of the hole wall (1).

Each round hole (5) has a diameter (D) of 5.5 mm and each elongated hole (4) has a length (L) of 20.5 mm and a width (B) of 5.5 mm, as shown in Fig. 2.

Each transverse row of long holes and round holes (R) has a long hole (4) at both ends of the row.

Three or four perforated walls (1) can be assembled to form a triangular or square column (β, 7) with a standing or rolling base (8), as shown in Fig. 3 and 4.

This hole pattern punched into the perforated wall (1) allows all blister hooks available on the market (2) to be hung in a hanging dimension of 20 to 45 mm, namely

a) into a slot (4),

b) into a long hole (4) and a round hole and

c) in two elongated holes (4), whereby the elongated holes (4) with the round holes (5) still allow variations in the hanging dimensions.

Claims (6)

Protection claims 1. Perforated wall for the presentation of goods from blister packs hanging on hooks, with a hole pattern consisting of a multiplicity of transverse rows of holes, characterized in that each row of holes (R) has an alternating long hole (4) and a round hole (5) and the axial distance (A) in the long hole (4) and the axial distance (A) between the long hole (4) and the round hole (5) are the same size. 2. Perforated wall according to claim 1, characterized in that the axial distance (A) of each elongated hole (4) running in the longitudinal direction of the row is 15 mm and the axial distance (A) from the elongated hole (4) to the round hole (5) is 15 mm. 3. Perforated wall according to claim 1 or 2, characterized in that the transversely extending rows of long holes and round holes (R) have an equal axial distance (H) of 12.5 mm in the vertical direction of the perforated wall (1). 4. Perforated wall according to one of claims 1 to 3, characterized in that each round hole (5) has a diameter (D) of 5.5 mm and each elongated hole (4) has a length (L) of 20.5 mm and a width (B) of 5.5 mm. 5. Perforated wall according to one of claims 1 to 4, characterized in that each transversely extending row of elongated holes and round holes (R) has an elongated hole (4) in both row ends. 6. Perforated wall according to one of claims 1 to 5, characterized in that it is assembled with three or four perforated walls (1) to form a triangular or square column (6, 7).
