Water tube boiler with a smoke tube boiler serving as a steam separator
The invention relates to a water tube boiler with one cooled by the boiler water
Pipe frame to support the water pipe heating surfaces and one as a steam separator
serving, smoke tube boiler arranged above the water tube heating surfaces.
Water-tube boilers are known in which a steam separator is used
Serves smoke tube boiler, which is arranged above the water tube heating surface; but
The known steam generators lack a cooled pipe frame on which the water pipe heating surfaces
are supported. It is also known that a standing smoke tube boiler of the.
Return pipes is worn; but these return pipes do not form a pipe framework
Support of the water pipe heating surfaces.
According to the invention it is proposed that the pipe frame for support
the water tube heating surface also serves to support the smoke tube boiler.
This measure makes a boiler that is simple and inexpensive to manufacture
created a small footprint.
Abb. i und 2 zeigen
i einmünden.
i i angeschlossen, während die Rücklaufrohre io etwa in Höhe des mittleren Wasserstandes
oder etwas höher mit dem Rauchrohrkessel i i verbunden sind. Der Rauchrohrkessel
i i ist dem Wasserrohrsystem rauchgasseitig nachgeschaltet.
i i verbünden.
Leistungsschwankungen.
i i angeordnet sind. The invention is explained in more detail in FIGS. Fig. I and 2 show
an embodiment according to the invention. In Fig. I is a longitudinal section through
a steam generator shown, which consists of a water tube boiler in conjunction with a
Smoke tube boiler consists. Fig.2 shows on the right-hand side a view against the
Pipe back wall and on the left side a cross-section of the steam generator with a view
on the rear floor of the smoke tube boiler. The pipe system of the water tube boiler
consists of several heated tube groups. The pipe group i is on the rear wall
of the furnace. The tubes start from the lower collecting tube 2 and open out
into the upper manifold 3. The contact heating surface is formed by tubes 4,
those from the front
Headers 5 go out and in. The back wall pipes
i run into. On the side walls a tube group 6 is arranged, which is attached to the
lower header 7 and the upper header 8 is connected. For the feed
from boiler water to the heated pipe system: on the one hand, the two unheated ones serve
Downpipes 9, which are arranged in the front corners of the boiler pass and on the other hand
the unheated return pipes io that are in the rear. Corners of the boiler train.
With the downpipes and return pipes io, the horizontal, transverse or lengthways
Headers connected. The downpipes 9 are attached to the water space of the smoke tube boiler
i i connected, while the return pipes io approximately at the height of the mean water level
or a little higher with the smoke tube boiler i i. The smoke tube boiler
i i is connected downstream of the water pipe system on the flue gas side. Replace the smoke tubes 12
a water pipe heating surface. The shown steam generator is not detailed by a
The oil furnace shown is heated. The water pipe system surrounds the combustion chamber and lies
mainly in the area of high flue gas temperature. Cross out from the firebox
the flue gases the. Tubes 4 and then only occur after they have largely cooled down
are, in the smoke tube boiler i i a. The steam-water mixture generated in the water pipe system
reaches the upper end of the two return pipes via the upper header pipes 3 'and 8
ok The return pipes io -sind through the overflow pipes 13 with the Rauchrohrke.ssel
i i ally. The steam generated in the water pipe system can pass through these pipes
overflow into the steam chamber of the smoke tube boiler, while most of the water
is deposited and directly back to the pipe system via the return pipes
flows in. The water pipe system overflows from the water space of the smoke tube boiler
: the downpipes 9 only add so much water as to replace the evaporated and also
of the entrained water is required. Since the water pipe system but essentially
is supplied through the return pipes, it is possible to use the water pipe part of the steam generator
to heat up very quickly and to bring the steam generator to pressure. The water content
of the smoke tube boiler gradually follows. As soon as the saturated steam temperature is reached
is, the water content of the smoke tube boiler is used as a storage tank for bridging
Fluctuations in performance. The smoke tube boiler i i is supported by the front
Downpipes g and the rear return pipes io. To stiffen the rear support
serve sheets 14, which between the steam outlet 13 and the bottom of the smoke tube boiler
i i are arranged.
Ein weiteres Ausführungsbeispiel zeigt Abb. 3 und: 4. In diesem Beispiel
i i noch eine Überhitzerheizfläche 15 geschaltet. Die Rauchgase durchströmen den
Rauchrohrkessel i i waagerecht und treten dann in einen abwärts gerichteten Zug
16 ein, in dem ein Rippenrohrvorwärmer 17 angeordnet ist. Der Rauchrohrkessel i
Another embodiment is shown in Fig. 3 and: 4. In this example
is between the contact heating surface 4 of the water tube boiler and the smoke tube boiler
i i another superheater heating surface 15 switched. The smoke gases flow through the
Smoke tube boiler i i horizontally and then step into a downward train
16, in which a finned tube preheater 17 is arranged. The smoke tube boiler i
i is again supported by the front downpipes 9 and the rear return pipes io.
These pipes, which are unheated, also supply the heated pipe system with water.
The generated steam-water mixture: reaches the return pipes io via pipe 18.
While the water immediately flows back into the circuit, the flows
Steam upwards into the steam chamber of the smoke tube boiler i i. Through the contact heating surface
4, the smoke tube boiler is protected from direct irradiation from the combustion chamber.
