Description
Die Erfindung betrifft eine Spritzpistole für Hochdruckreiniger gemäß den Oberbegriffliehen Merkmalen des Anspruches 1.The invention relates to a spray gun for high-pressure cleaners according to the preamble features of claim 1.
Eine derartige Hochdruck-Spritzpistole ist aus der DE 36 17 424 bekannt, wobei zwei Handgriffteile zur links- oder rechtshändigen Betätigung vorgesehen sind, sowie wenigstens ein Abzugshebel zum öffnen eines Absperrventiles vorgesehen ist. Der Abzugshebel wird hierbei von einem Handgriffteil umgeben, das den Abzugshebel bügeiförmig umgibt. Ein derartiger Handbügel ist auch üblicherweise von den Berufsgenossenschaften vorgeschrieben, um einen sicheren Halt der Spritzpistole zu gewährleisten, sowie ein irrtümliches Betätigen des Absperrventils beim Anstoßen an irgendwelchen Objekten während der Handhabung der Spritzpistole zu vermeiden. Darüberhinaus ist ein derartiger Schutzbügel an dem Handgriffteil zweckmäßig, um eine Beschädigung des auskragenden Abzugshebels zu vermeiden. Die Druckwasserzuführung zu der an die Spritzpistole angeschlossenen Sprühlanze erfolgt hierbei über ein unmittelbar vor dem Schutzbügel angeordnetes Anschlußgewinde.Such a high-pressure spray gun is known from DE 36 17 424, with two handle parts being provided for left- or right-handed operation, and at least one trigger lever being provided for opening a shut-off valve. Der Anschluß des Hochdruckschlauches ist hierbei relativ aufwendig, da der Hochdruckschlauch mit dem Anschlußende in den Handgriff des Handgriffteils eingeführt werden muß. Darüberhinaus sind bei dieser Anschlußart noch zusätzliche Rohrstücke, die vom bzw. zum Absperrventil führen, erforderlich. Der zweckmäßige Schutzbügel zur Bildung einer geschlossenen Form vor dem Abzugshebel wird hierbei in vorteilhafter Weise durch das eine Anschlußende des angeschlossenen Hochdruckschlauches gebildet, so daß sich wiederum die geschlossene, O-förmige Ausbildung des Handgriffteils ergibt. Das Anschlußende des Hochdruckschlauches erfüllt somit eine Doppelfunktion, nämlich einerseits die Druckwasserzuführung zu dem Absperrventil und zugleich die Bildung eines Schutzbügels, um somit die übliche, geschlossene Form des Handgriffteiles zu erreichen.The C-shaped design of the handle part, which is open towards the front end of the spray gun, means that the additional design of a protective bracket can be dispensed with, so that production and assembly can be carried out more cheaply overall. Zur Handhabung der Spritzpistole 1 ist ein Handgriffteil 2 vorgesehen, wobei beispielsweise ein Handgriff 2a des Handgriffteils 2 mit der rechten Hand umfaßt wird, während die sich hier nach links erstreckende Sprühlanze 3 mit der linken Hand umfaßt wird. An das untere Ende des Handgriffteils 2 ist ein Hochdruckschlauch 4 angeschlossen, mit dem Druckwasser von dem Hochdruckreiniger zu der Spritzpistole gefördert wird. Das eine Anschlußende 5 des Hochdruckschlauches 4 ist hierbei mit einem Anschlußgewinde Il (vgl. Fig. 2) an das in dem Handgriffteil 2 angeordnete Absperrventil 10 (vgl. Fig. 2) angeschlossen. Durch diesen Anschluß ergibt sich eine O-förmige Außengestalt des Handgriffteils 2 in der Seitenansicht, während bei abgekuppeltem Zustand des Hochdruckschlauches 4 und dessen Anschlußende 5 das Handgriffteil 2 zum vorderen Ende der Spritzpistole 1 hin offen oder C-förmig gestaltet ist. Dieser abgekuppelte Zustand ist schematisch in Fig. 2 gezeigt.is indicated. In bevorzugter Ausführung ist am unteren Teil des Handgriffteiles 2 ein Schieber 6 vorgesehen, mit dem der Hochdruckschlauch 4 bei angekuppeltem Zustand zusätzlich zu dem Anschluß an dem Anschlußgewinde 11 festgelegt oder gegen Verdrehen gesichert werden kann. Hierdurch wird eine sichere Verbindung zwischen dem Handgriffteil 2 und dem Anschlußende 5 erreicht. Dieses Anschlußende 5 ist zugleich bevorzugt als Knickschutztülle 7 mit einer Gummiummantelung ausgeführt, so daß beim Anstoßen der Spritzpistole die den Handgriff 2 umfassende Hand gut abgepolstert ist. Der Schieber 6 ist hierbei geringfügig elastisch z. B. aus Federstahl hergestellt und durch einen Schiebeknopf 8 betätigbar, wobei der Schieber 6 dann in eine leicht gewölbte Nut oder Rille 9 an der Knickschutztülle 7 eingreift und diese gegen Verdrehen sichert oder verriegelt.In a preferred embodiment, a slider 6 is provided on the lower part of the handle part 2, with which the high-pressure hose 4 can be secured or secured against twisting in addition to the connection to the connection thread 11 when coupled. Hierdurch ergibt sich eine besonders einfache und kompakte Bauweise. Aus dem Absperrventil 10 ragt eine Betätigungsstange 16 hervor, die an einem winkelförmigen Hebel 15 anliegt, der an dem oberen Ende des Handgriffteils 2 gelagert ist. Das nach unten stehende Ende des winkelförmigen Hebels 15 ist durch einen weiteren Hebel 14 umgeben, der am unteren Ende des Handgriffteils 2 schwenkbar gelagert ist. Durch diese beiden Hebel 14, 15 wird der Abzugshebel 13 gebildet, wobei aufgrund der Gestaltung als Doppelhebel eine hohe Übersetzung und damit eine leichtgängige Betätigung des Absperrventils 10 durch Hineindrücken der Betätigungsstange 16 und damit dem öffnen einer Verschlußkugel 17 innerhalb des Absperrventils 10 erreicht wird.is preferably designed as a compact block so that no further pipes or pipe sections are required to connect the pressurized water-carrying parts.
