The well-known foot massage aids all have the disadvantage that they can only be used with a great deal of time.

In addition, with the foot sole massage aids that I know of, the arch of the foot and the underside of the toes cannot be included in the foot sole massage. This problem is solved with the features listed in the protection claim.

This is achieved by using the lengths and head shapes of the wire pins (Fig. 2).

See assembly instructions page 2 of the description and the drawing (Fig.2.1 and Fig.2.3).

In order to include the underside of the toes and the arch of the foot in the massage of the soles of the feet, I suggest the following solution.

On two sides of the nail board (Fig. 2), the inserted wire pins are modelled on the arch of the foot by shortening and rounding the tips.

This rounding allows the arch of the foot to be included in the massage by filling the hollow space.

In order to include the undersides of the toes in the massage, the lower three rows of wire pins are arranged offset (Fig.2.1),

Construction instructions/Sole of foot massage - nail board To make a sole of foot massage nail board the following materials are needed.

Material: Plywood AW 100 / wire pins / wood glue 5 plywood panels measuring 400mm x 400mm square (Fig.l) and a height of 12mm.

The 5 plywood panels are glued together with wood glue and pressed together to achieve a total height of 60mm.

The plywood block can be processed after approx. 12 hours.

On the surface of the block draw a qcm grid with the dimensions 300mm x 300mm square (Fig.1.l) by 10mm x 10mm square (Fig.1.2).

The block is drilled in the cross area of the grid (Fig.2.2) with ϕ 4mm, 900 holes (Fig.1).

900 wire pins in size:

0 3.8 mm, L. 100 mm to &phgr; 4 mm, L. 100 mm 900 pcs. approx. ( 10 kg )

Before they are inserted into the holes under light pressure, they are brought into their final shape (round or broken tip) by grinding (Fig. 2.3).

To cover the top of the nail board, a custom-made lid is made, which does not need to be described further here.

To carry the board, there are handles on two sides, which do not need to be described in detail here.
