Die in Fig. 1 gezeigte handelsübliche Benutzerkarte 1 für größere kofferartige oder kastenförmige, tragbare oder einbaubare Mobilfunkgeräte bzw. -telefone hat einen rechteckigen Grundriß mit den üblichen Abmessungen 85 &khgr; 54 mm, die mit einem elektronischen Chip 2 versehen ist. Der Chip 2 ist an einer genau definierten Stele auf der Benutzerkarte 1 angeordnet, damit die Gerätekontakte gegen die Kontaktstellen des eingeschobenen Chips 2 zur Anlage kommen. Der elektronische Chip 2 hat die Größe 14 &khgr; 9 mm und der Randabstand a beträgt 18 mm und der Randabstand b 8 mm.
