Das kann von dem Benutzer der Vorrichtung nach eigenem Ermessen durchgeführt werden. Maßgeblich dafür ist beispielsweise die Anzahl der Tage, welche die Füllung einer Filterpatrone im Einsatz war. Die Anzahl von Tagen wird in vielen Fällen vom Hersteller der Filterpatrone angegeben. Der Benutzer kann sich also notieren, wann er die Filterpatrone auswechseln muß. Aus der eingangs erwähnten DE-OS 40 26 634 sind keine Maßnahmen entnehmbar, aus denen ein Hinweis auf die mögliche Unwirksamkeit der Füllung einer Filterpatrone erhalten werden könnte.Such a device is used, for example, to purify water that is to be used to make tea. Er wird also ständig an das Verfallsdatum erinnert, an dem er das Reinigungsmaterial erneuern muß. Die Markierungen und der Reiter sind außerdem auch bei geschlossener Vorrichtung gut sichtbar, da sie außen am Deckel angebracht sind. Die Vorrichtung besteht aus einem Gefäß 1 zur Aufnahme von gereinigtem Wasser, an dem ein Griff 2 zu seiner Handhabung angebracht ist.
