Die Erfindung betrifft eine Hülse zum Aufwickeln von vorzugsweise textlien Flächengebilden, mit einer zum Einlegen des Anfanges des Flächengebildes dienenden Fahne.The invention relates to a sleeve for winding up preferably textile fabrics, with a flag serving to insert the beginning of the fabric.
Es ist bekannt, textile Flächengebilde bzw. daraus gefertigte Laminate auf Papprohre mit einer sog. Fahne aufzuwickeln. Die Fahne entspricht dabei einem Teil der äußeren Wicklung der Papphülse und dient dazu, daß der Anfang des aufzuwickelnden Flächengebildes bei Beginn des Wickelvorganges faltenfrei unter die Fahne eingelegt und von der Fahne festgehalten werden kann. Dadurch entfällt ein gesondertes Befestigen des Anfanges des Flächengebildes an dem Papprohr, beispielsweise durch Anbringen mittels Klebestreifen. Die auf die Hülse aufgewikkelten Flächengebilde werden an die Abnehmer verschickt. Nach dem Abwickeln der Flächengebilde werden dann die bekannten, aus Papprohren bestehende Hülsen als Abfall entsorgt, beispielsweise einer Deponie zugeführt.It is known to wind textile fabrics or laminates made from them onto cardboard tubes using a so-called flag. Bei der Erfindung ist vorteilhaft, daß die Hülse aus einem geschredderten Granulat aus anderweitigen Kunststoff-Produkten (beispielsweise Preßfärbehülsen) durch einen Extrudiervorgang hergestellt werden kann, wobei durch entsprechende Gestaltung des Werkzeuges die Fahne mitextrudiert oder nachträglich als Folienzuschnitt aufgeschweißt werden kann. Bei Beschädigung der Hülsen können diese wieder geschreddert und erneut extrudiert werden.
