Mit den Möbeln nach dem vorliegenden Erfindungsgedanken ist allen Wünschen und Bestrebungen dadurch Rechnung getragen, daß Gebrauchsmöbel, insbesondere Tische, Stühle usw., welche die Annehmlichkeit besitzen, sogenannte Klubmöbel darzustellen, wie Rauch- und Spieltisch sowie den dazugehörenden Klubsessel, im Bedarfsfall den erforderlichen Eßtisch und zugleich den beim Essen notwendigen normalen Stuhl zu bieten, indem die den letzteren Möbeln eigene oder erforderliche Gebrauchshöhe nach Bedarf eingestellt werden kann, und zwar in der Weise, daß einmal die Platte eines Tisches vermittels einer Spindel, Kurvenscheibe oder anderer geeigneter Mittel höhenein- und festgestellt wird und zum anderen der Oberbau eines Sessels durch ebensolche Mittel oder ein im Untergestell solcher Möbel, insbesondere Sessel, eingebautes Schnecken- und Zahnradgetriebe eine Zahnstange eines solchen Möbeloberbaues bewegt wird und denselben in seiner Höhe einstellbar betätigt, während durch eine andere Möglichkeit der Erfindung bei fest angeordneter Tischplatte sowie dem Oberbau eines Sessels solche Mittel, wie Spindeln, in den Beinen dieser Möbel verstellbar lagern oder mit Rasten versehene ausziehbare Beinteile durch Federn mit Rastenstiften in einer Höheneinstellung festlegbar vorgesehen sind.
