Description

Die Erfindung betrifft eine Faltschachtel, vorzugsweise aus Karton, mit einem Bodenaußenteil, sich allseitig an das Bodenaußenteil über Längs- bzw. Querfalze anschließenden Seitenaußenteilen, sich an mindestens zwei einander gegenüberliegenden Seitenaußenteilen über Längs- bzw. Querfalze anschließenden Seiteninnenteilen, sich wiederum über Längs- bzw. Insbesondere bei der Herstellung aufwendiger Verpackungen, beispielsweise Verpackungen für Pralinen, werden Faltschachteln zunächst ohne Vorstehrand hergestellt und auf ein vorgefertigtes, ggf. mit einer Polstereinlage ausgestattetes Kartonstück aufgeklebt. Erfindungsgemäß ist erkannt worden, daß sich bei einer Faltschachtel der in Rede stehenden Art der Deckel als integraler Bestandteil der Faltschachtel ausführen läßt. Dazu schließt sich an eines der Seitenteile ein in etwa der Größe des Bodenaußenteils entsprechendes Deckelaußenteil an, wobei dieses Deckelaußenteil zunächst den Deckel bildet. Um eine hinreichende Bewegbarkeit bzw. Klappbarkeit des Deckelaußenteils zu gewährleisten, erfolgt die Anlenkung des Deckelaußenteils über einen Längs- bzw. Querfalz. Mit anderen Worten ist der Falz als Scharnier zum Klappen des Deckelaußenteils ausgeführt. Grundsätzlich ist es möglich, daß sich das Deckelaußenteil bzw. der Deckel über ein seitliches Seitenaußenteil oder ein guer verlaufendes Seitenaußenteil anschließt. Entsprechend würde dann das Deckelaußenteil von hinten oder von der Seite her auf die Faltschachtel geschwenkt werden. Hinsichtlich einer besonders stabilen Ausgestaltung des Deckels ist es von ganz besonderem Vorteil, wenn das Deckelaußenteil durch ein Deckelinnenteil verstärkt wird. Dazu ist vorzugsweise auf der dem Seitenaußenteil abgewandten Seite an dem Deckelaußenteil ein solches Deckelinnenteil vorgesehen, welches sich über einen Längs- bzw. Querfalz anschließt. Diese Festlegung kann beispielsweise mittels eines Klebstoffes erfolgen.
