The invention relates to a modular, mobile room design system for the design, spatial structuring or separation of a wide variety of rooms, in particular sales rooms, open-plan offices, restaurants, day-care centers, reception halls, exhibitions, trade fair booths and apartments.

The modular mobile room design system can be used as a play tool on a smaller scale.

Previously known are space-forming or space-dividing segment structures made of cupboard or shelf walls, which can only be moved with great effort and thus conflict with the rapidly changing demands on room size, room division, room use and ambience. The previously known cupboard or shelf walls, which enable the formation of visually closed or structured room sections, consist at least of side parts, rear walls and floors. This construction principle limits the use of the individual cupboard or shelf segments to the vertical and an aligned horizontal axis. This results in an impairment of the design variety, the variability of arrangement in the room and thus of the structured room.

The structures described in EP 239 163, IPC A 47 B 96/14, and EP 344 130, IPC A 47 B 96/06, also create the cupboard-shelf character. This limits the possible uses to cupboard- and shelf-like constructions.

The invention specified in claim 1 is based on the object of creating a modular mobile room design system, in which the previously usual functional separation into side wall and rear wall is eliminated,

which can be used from all sides, which can be rotated and moved freely in the room (rollable),

which can stand alone or be connected vertically and/or horizontally to other elements of the modular mobile room design system to create a room,

This problem is solved by the measures of claim 1.

In the specified application, the invention achieves that a flexible and comprehensively usable modular mobile room design system is created and thus the above-mentioned disadvantages are avoided. This eliminates the need for alignment on only one axis other than height and the restrictions on cupboard and shelf-like constructions.

The modular room design system is shown in Figure 1. The basic element of the modular room design system is vertical elements, such as panels 1 and/or frames 2, of the same or different heights, widths and materials, which are connected to one another at different angles (e.g. 120°, 90°) and are thus self-standing. Depending on the design requirements, different connecting elements are attached horizontally and/or diagonally between the vertical elements in different heights and combinations. These can be floors 3, struts 4, seats, tables 5, doors 6, room-dividing doors and other elements made of different materials. These elements are used to complete and create the rigidity of the modular room design system. The mobility is achieved using known rolling mechanisms 7 and the vertical alignment of the modular room design system is achieved using known alignment mechanisms 8. Room designs and spatial formations connected to each other and/or to a wall or ceiling/floor can be achieved. Profiles are arranged on the front of the vertical elements to accommodate various coupling, supply and closing elements. These serve both to stabilize the ceiling and floor, to supply media connections and also to design the element closures using pipes or cables, for example.

On a smaller scale, the modular mobile room design system can be used in a variety of ways as a play tool.

"Modular interior design system" CLAIM Modular room design system characterized in that, in order to realize room designs and room formations, vertical elements, in particular panels (1) and/or frames (2), of the same and/or different heights and materials are connected to one another at angles and are thus arranged as a self-standing basic element, that to complete and create the rigidity between the vertical elements, different connecting elements are arranged horizontally and/or diagonally, in particular floors (3), struts (4), seats, tables (5), doors (6) or room-dividing doors, that known rolling mechanisms (7) are arranged for mobility, that known alignment mechanisms (8) are arranged, that the basic elements are arranged individually and/or with each other and/or connected to a wall or ceiling/floor and that profiles for accommodating various coupling, supply and closing elements are arranged on the front side of the vertical elements
