Description

The invention relates to a cutting device for household dispensers for cutting plastic cling film and aluminum foil as well as paper in the household.

Such household dispensers are already known.

However, they have the major disadvantage that they take up a lot of space, their cutting devices require two guides, can jam and are therefore not safe to use. Furthermore, loading and unloading the film rolls is very cumbersome for inexperienced users. With some products, there is a risk of accidents due to exposed cutting blades.

The object of the present invention is to offer a household dispenser that is easy to handle, works reliably and requires little material. The object is achieved according to the invention as follows.

The film rolls are simply placed in the compartments provided (20, 21). The beginning of the film is pulled out from under the closing flap (2) as required and removed using the cutting device located underneath.

The cutting device with the cutting blade (13, for plastic film)D (10, for aluminum foil) requires only one guide slot (14,15) to function and is therefore independent of the entire unwinder. It can also be used in other housings that only have one guide slot.

Function of the aluminum foil cutting device:

The aluminum foil is cut with cutting rollers (state of the art) The cutting rollers (10) are held in a guide carriage (19) which creates a connection to the guide bar (7) via a connecting bar (11).

and therefore only one guide slot (15) is required for guiding and cutting.

The cutting rollers are provided with a rounded section at the cutting edge root so that there is space for the guide bar when the rollers are moved, thus ensuring that the cutting device can always be moved easily.
