Dadurch läßt sich einmal eine einwandfreie akustisch dichte Anlage des Lautsprechers an die im Gehäuseoberteil vorgesehenen Schalldurchlaßöffnungen erzielen. Zum anderen wird durch den Ring aus elastischem Material erreicht, daß der Lautsprecher auch bei zeitlich nachlassender Vorspannung der Verbindung, die durch Alterung oder Wärmeeinwirkung eintreten kann, stets so gehaltert ist, daß ein unerwünschtes Klirren bei bestimmten Frequenzen ausgeschlossen ist.
