Die Ausstellungsgegenstände - in der Regel Prospekte - können bei dieser Vorrichtung auch in größeren Mengen bevorraten werden und gleichzeitig ist durch einen vorderseitig bei dem Aufnahmefach gehaltenen Prospekt als "Belegexemplar" eine gute, vollflächige Übersicht gegeben.
