Wechselstrom-Reihenschlußmaschinen, insbesondere an Drehstrom-Reihenschlußmotoren
erzielt. The invention relates to improving commutation
AC series-wound machines, in particular on three-phase series-wound motors
great achievement. There will be a significant improvement in the attenuation of the commutating
Turns reached. The machine has at least two pairs of poles. According to the invention
are those located under different pole pairs and have the same potential
Commutator bars connected to one another via compensating lines. Furthermore, the
In-phase and parallel-connected brushes belonging to different pole pairs
of the commutator or brush bolt from their symmetrical positions, so in which
no equalizing currents can occur between these brushes connected in parallel,
in the circumferential direction shifted against each other (staggered against each other), whereby
then equalizing currents between these brushes via the lamellar equalization lines
would result. By this arrangement it is achieved on the other hand that for a
certain commutating coil at which the short-circuit has just been canceled by this brush
always belonging to other pole pairs and via the compensating line to this
commutating coil, there are coils connected in parallel, which are still in
Short-circuit, so that the latter provide effective damping for the former
Represent coil. The occurrence of high equalizing currents that affect commutation
would deteriorate again, is now in the arrangement according to the invention
prevented that the intermediate transformer of the series machine several secondary windings
has or several intermediate transformers with primary windings connected in series
are provided and the brushes staggered against each other are electrically connected to each other
separate secondary windings of the intermediate transformer (s)
are. Compensating currents between the brushes connected in parallel are thereby
suppressed because the individual secondary windings of the intermediate transformer or transformers
are electrically separated from each other. One can belong to all different pole pairs,
stagger in-phase brushes against each other and accordingly as many secondary windings
Provide intermediate transformers as pole pairs are available. But you can
even if there is an even number, at least four
of pole pairs to the different pole pairs belonging, in-phase brushes
Combine groups that are not staggered against each other within the group
are, but the groups themselves are staggered against each other. The number of
Secondary windings of the intermediate transformer (s) is then equal to the number
of these groups. This will reduce the number of intermediate transformers
or intermediate transformer windings with approximately the same effectiveness of the overall arrangement
achieved.
The drawing shows the new arrangement using an example.
I is a six-pole three-phase series motor with a stator winding over
the intermediate transformers 2, 3 and 4 are connected to the commutator. The primary windings
the intermediate transformers are connected in series while the secondary winding
of the intermediate transformer 2, the brushes of one pole pair, the secondary winding
of the intermediate transformer 3 that of the second pole pair and the secondary winding
of the intermediate transformer 4 feeds the brushes of the third pole pair on the commutator.
The in-phase commutator brushes belonging to the different pole pairs are now
as not shown further, in the circumferential direction from their positions of symmetry
shifted something against each other. Finally, as also not shown,
those located under different pole pairs, have the same potential
Commutator bars connected to one another by compensating lines.
