Description
Bei der Innenhärtung längerer Rohre ist es wesentlich, daß zwischen der eigentlichen Spule und dem Werkstück kein Spannungsunterschied besteht, der etwa zu Überschlägen und damit zu Beschädigungen gewisser Stellen im Rohr führen könnte. Es kann außerdem zweckmäßig sein, wenn der Induktor neben der Vorschubbewegung eine Drehbewegung ausführt, die Kontaktgabe entsprechend den beiden Bewegungsrichtungen zu unterteilen, und zwar derart, daß der Führungskörper gegenüber dem Werkstück nur oder bei gezogenen Läufen fast nur die Axialbewegungsrichtung durchführt und hierfür besondere Federkontakte enthält, während zwischen Führungskörper und Spulenkörper nur die Rotationsbewegung erfolgt, wobei hierfür besondere Federn und Kontaktflächen vorgesehen sind.According to the invention, the bobbin becomes a guide device assigned, which not only precisely maintains the distance between the coils and the workpiece, but is also designed as a good contact to the workpiece, so that special supply lines can be saved.
