Stand der TechnikState of the art
Die Umweltbedingungen und die Gesetzgebung zur Abfallverwertung verlangen
heute recyclingfähige Produkte. Dies gilt vor allem für Massenprodukte wie
beispielsweise für die Kraftfahrzeugindustrie. Die Innenverkleidungen in Automobilen bestehen heute aus mehrlagigen Verbunden, deren Struktur aus
unter schiedlichen thermoplastischen Kunststoffen besteht. Ein Recycling (d.h. Einmahlen ohne Separieren der Schichten und Wiederverwendung
für den vornehmlich gleichen Einsatz-Zweck) ist wegen der Unverträglichkeit der unterschiedlichen Kunststoffe beim Re-Extrudieren
nicht möglich.
So besteht heute beispielsweise eine solche Tür-Innenverkleidung aus einerEnvironmental conditions and legislation on waste recycling now require recyclable products. Problemproblem
Der Erfindung lag die Aufgabe zugrunde Verbundtafeln bzw. -folien zu entwickeln, die unter Beibehaltung der bisher bekannten mechanischen Eigenschaften ein Recycling unter Einsatz eines Co-Extrusionsverfahrens zulassen und damit die Wiederverwendung für das Ausgangsprodukt.The invention was based on the task of developing composite panels or films that, while retaining the previously known mechanical properties, allow recycling using a co-extrusion process and thus reuse for the starting product.
