This allows the insert 13 with its molded mandrel 14 to dip into the passage channel 6 through the tube opening 7 when the screw cap 4 is in place and to push the toothpaste back in the channel 6 to such an extent that it is not in permanent contact with the disinfectant in the cushion 9 and on the sealing edge 8.
