PATENTSCHRIFTPATENT LETTERING
Patentirt im Deutschen Reiche vom 7. Juli 1895 ab. Patented in the German Empire on July 7, 1895 .
in ihrem Laufe etwas zurück.
The purpose of the subject of the present invention feeding device for
Fabric tenter is the one at the inlet area of tenter, across the whole
Width of goods a uniform resp. straight to effect tension of the tissues. This is
Up to now not the case with any of these machines in the Einlafsfeld, since the goods are capable
its heaviness and because it is not tense in this inlet field either, in the
Center lowered. As a result, the center of the goods remains opposite the edges
somewhat back in their course. But this lagging behind in the middle is for commodities
downright damaging because the warp threads warp and thus with patterned goods
a distorted picture emerges. In order to remedy this disadvantage, are on the tensioning machine
directly at the inlet of the goods in the sloping field and also at the knee, where the goods from the inlet field to the clamping fields
passes, rollers or rollers attached. The roles are still through as needed
drawn endless ribbons or wires connected. The rollers as well as the rollers are driven and receive the
the same speed as that at which the edges of the goods run. A
This prevents the goods from sagging or leaving the middle of the goods behind.
This device is shown in FIGS. 3 and 4 for a machine with a straight inlet field and in FIG
Figs. I, 2, 5 and 6 are shown for machines with inclined inlet fields, and that illustrate
Fig. 3, 4, 1 and 5 the same in plan, Fig. 2 and 6, however, in the basic plan.
Figures 1 , 2 and 3 only show the use of rollers, while Figures 4, 5 and 6 show the roller and drum arrangement.
AA 1 A 2 A 3 A * are chain rollers for guiding the tensioning chain, B are the inlet fields, C the hinges in which the inlet fields rotate, and D the rods on which the aforementioned fields lie directly at the goods inlet. The arrows indicate the type of goods inlet into the inlet field and at the same time mean the direction in which the goods flow. F and F 1 are now according to FIGS. 1 to 3, the rollers with belts or wires H running over them for guiding the width of the goods, G is a driven continuous shaft through which roller F 1 directly and roller F through belts H operate. J in Figs. 4 to 6 are rollers or drums, which are also driven.
