Die Erfindung besteht darin, daß der Telefonhörer durch zwei Klammern mit einem Kugelgelenklager fest verbunden ist. Das Kugelgelenklager wiederum ist mit einer bekannten Nürnberger Schere verbunden, die am unteren Ende mit einem zweiten Kugelgelenklager verankert ist. Dieses Endkugellager ist auf einer Hartholzplatte befestigt. Auf dieser Hartholzplatte wird auch der Telefonapparat montiert. Wird nun -der Hörer alygenornmen, so kann er auf Grund des Kugelgelenklagers in jede beliebige Richtung gedreht werden und, mittels der Nürnberger Schere, die als verlängerter Arm arbeitet, vom Hörer in die gewünschte Stellung gebracht werden. Durch das am Ende -der Nürnberger Schere gleichfalls angebrachte Kugelgelenklager kann die Stellung des Telefonhörers vom Bedienenden entsprechend seiner Stellung genau reguliert werden, so daß er nunmehr beide Hände frei hat und bequem arbeiten kann. Gleichzeitig ist er in der Lage, das Telefongespräch abhören zu können. Die Haltevorrichtung eignet sich aber nicht nur für Tischtelefone, sondern auch für Fernsprechautomaten oder Apparate, die an der Wand angebracht sind.
