Durch diese Kerben wird erreicht, daß die Messer in die Kerben eingreifen können, um die sichere Verbindung herzustellen, ohne daß sie in den Stift einschneiden müssen/ so daß bei Druckausübung auf zumindestens eine Messerschneide der Kontakt zuverlässig wieder gelöst und gegebenenfalls der Kontaktstift entfernt werden kann. Die axial versetzte Anordnung von Kerben gestattet hierbei das Einstecken ein und desselben Stiftes in unterschiedliche Messerkontaktklemmen, bei denen die Messerschneiden in verschiedenen Tiefen angeordnet sind. Die feste unlösbare Verbindung des Kabels mit dem Kontaktstift kann dabei in verschiedener Weise erfolgen, beispielsweise dadurch, daß die Kabelaufnahme eine Quetschaufnahme ist oder daß die Kabelaufnahme eine Krimpaufnahme ist. Alternativ können die Kabeienden mit dem Kontaktstift in der Kabelaufnahme auch verlötet werden. Um beim Verbinden des Kabels mit dem Kontaktstift eine Erleichterung zu gewährleisten, sieht eine weitere Ausgestaltung vor, daß die Aufnahme in ihrer Seitenwandung einen seitlichen Durchbruch aufweist. Die grundsätzlich bei dem Kontaktstift vorzusehenden Verbindungsabschnitte oder -elemente zur Verbindung mit weiteren Kontakteinrichtungen, wie Steckern oder Kabelschuhen, können in unterschiedlicher Weise ausgebildet sein. In äußerst bevorzugter Ausgestaltung ist aber vorgesehen, daß zwischen Stiftende und Kabelaufnahme ein Außengewinde ausgebildet ist, wobei weiterhin vorgesehen ist, daß der Gewindegrund des Außengewindes sich im Bereich nahe der Kabelaufnahme konisch erweitert.
