Beschreibung
Behältnis zur Aufnahme von insbesondere Miniatur-Modell-ObjektenDescription
Container for holding especially miniature model objects
The innovation relates to a container for holding, in particular, miniature model objects, comprising at least one base element providing a standing surface for the object and a hood element detachably connected to this and surrounding the object.
Such containers are used, for example, for miniature vehicles. The hood element is made of transparent plastic. The model stands on a base that forms a bottom closure for the cuboid-shaped hood element. Due to the manufacturing process, adhesives can evaporate over a longer period of time even after completion, or solvents from paints used can evaporate. As a result, if the models are stored for a longer period of time, a deposit can form on them or on the inner walls, causing damage.

The purpose of this innovation is to design a container of the type mentioned above in such a way that it is ensured that evaporation or released vapors do not lead to damage to the models themselves or to the container.
t Ferner soll das Behältnis eine optisch ansprechende Präsentation £ des Modells bieten.t Furthermore, the container should provide a visually appealing presentation £ of the model.
Die Aufgabe wird neuerungsgemäß im wesentlichen dadurch gelöst, daß die Standfläche beabstandet zu einem Sockelelement verläuft, daß das Basiselement lösbar mit dem Sockeleler.ent verbunden ist und daß dar Soukelelement, das Basiselement u»idThe task is essentially solved according to the innovation in that the standing surface runs at a distance from a base element, that the base element is detachably connected to the base element and that the base element, the base element and

$. According to a feature worth highlighting, the openings in the base element and base element or the base element and hood element are provided in areas that are located far away from one another. The slot-shaped openings are preferably set in diagonally opposite areas of the base and base element and the base and hood element. Consequently , only one slot is required per element to ensure the desired circulation and thus the removal of the released gases or vapors from the container. As mentioned, the complete passage through the areas of the space is ensured by the slots in the spaces delimited by the respective elements being as far apart from one another as possible, so that the necessary passage of air is ensured.

Folglich kann wahlweise das ■ In order to ensure that the elements are securely assembled and held together without the need for complex structural measures, the base element is connected to both the base element and the hood element in the form of a snap connection. This means that the base element serves as a fixation for both the hood element and the base element. Consequently, the base element can be optionally

The base element or the hood element can be removed without the remaining elements being loosened at the same time.
In order to implement the locking or snap connection, the base element can have a peripheral edge extending perpendicular to the base surface, in which locking lugs or recesses are arranged in planes that are offset from one another, which interact with associated locking recesses or recesses present in the hood element or the base element.
( According to another embodiment worth highlighting, the base is designed as a preferably etched grid surface. This results in a double advantage. The grid surface visually highlights the model. At the same time, the structuring makes the model non-slip.
Acrylic glass or other crystal-clear plastics, such as those known as Plexiglas or Cellidor, are suitable materials for the hood and/or the base and/or the plinth element.
Important details, advantages and features of the innovation arise not only from the protection claims and the features derived from them - individually and/or in combination - but also from the following description of preferred embodiments derived from the drawing.

In Fig. 1, a container (10) is shown, which can also be referred to as a small display case, intended in particular for miniature model objects such as cars, motorcycles, airplanes, ships, tin, wood and/or plastic figures. The container consists of a hood element (12), a base element (14) and a base element (16), the upper side of which offers a standing surface (18) for the miniature object. The standing surface (18) has an etched grid surface, which on the one hand visually highlights the object to be held in the container (10) and on the other hand makes it non-slip due to the structuring.
The base element (14) is trough-shaped, i.e. it has a cuboid shape that opens towards the base element (16). The hood element (12) also has a cuboid shape, but its height is aligned with the objects to be picked up.
The base element (14) and the hood element (12) can be releasably assembled via the base element (16) in the form of a snap-in connection,
29011/24.1.89/pr29011/24.1.89/pr
Rastvorsprünge (34) im Sockelelement (14) zugeordnet sind.as will be illustrated by way of example in Fig. 10. With other features, the base element (16) has a peripheral edge (20) extending perpendicular to the base surface (16) which has locking projections or locking lugs (26) or locking recesses (28) in planes (22) and (24) which are offset from one another, to which correspondingly designed locking recesses (30) in the hood element (32) or locking projections (34) in the base element (14) are assigned.
Due to the mutually offset planes (22) and (24), a step (32) is formed in the edge (20), on which the lower edge (36) of the hood element (12) rests on the one hand and which, on the other hand, merges flush with the upper edge (38) of the base element (36).
The key feature of the innovation is that the container (10) is forced ventilated by convection, so that there is continuous air circulation inside the container (10). To make this possible, the lid element (10), the base element (14) and the base element (16) have openings (40), (42) and 44) designed as slots, the longitudinal axes of which preferably run parallel to one another. The openings (40), (42) and 44) are arranged so that they are as far apart as possible from one another, i.e. they run in the end areas of approximately spatial diagonals, which run on the one hand in the space delimited by the hood element (12) and the base element (16) and on the other hand in the space delimited by the base element (16) and the base element (14). This results in an air flow within the spaces in question as shown by the arrow in Fig. 2. The air circulation ensures that gases or vapors released by the models, e.g. due to the adhesive used or the color print, are transported out of the container (10) so that harmful reactions such as corrosion on the models or the inner walls of the container are excluded.

The elements described with reference to Figs. 1 and 2 can also be seen in Figs. 3 to 5. The cuboid structure of the container (10) with its hood element (12), the base element (14) and the base element (16) with the angled edge (20) that can be locked into place with the hood element (12) or the base element (14) can be seen. The slots (40), (42) and 44) can also be seen clearly. The underside of the base element (14) is also provided with support brackets (46). The bottom view according to Fig. 5 also shows the grid support surface (18) that is preferably obtained by etching.
The embodiment of Fig. 6 differs from that of the previously described figures in that the hood element (52) is not cuboid-shaped, but has a rounded front area (48), thus forming a kind of curved display case. Other geometries of the hood part (54) are also possible, as Figs. 11 and 12 show. For example, the front area (50) can be trapezoidal. Otherwise, the structure of the containers (52) and (54) with regard to the ventilation slots and the base area generally shows the same structure as the container (10), so that the same reference numerals have been used for the same elements. Based on the embodiments, it is clear that the slot-shaped openings (40), (42) and (44) are arranged diagonally from each other in order to ensure the desired air ventilation within the respective container (52) or (54). The assembly of the containers (52) and (54) corresponds to that of the container (10). With other sizes, a snap connection type is obtained, as has been illustrated in Fig. 10. It is not necessary for the locking projections or locking recesses to be designed all the way around. Rather, their presence in certain areas is sufficient to ensure the required connection and thus the assembly of the respective container, as is also indicated in Fig. 8.
Höhen bisDepending on the objects to be picked up, the containers (10), (52) and 54) can have maximum lengths or heights of up to
