In diesem Fallkönnen Kurzschlüsse
Einbau
eines Relais, das durch die Lade- oder durch eine fremde Spannjung betätigt wird;
Electric head lamp with external charge The head lamps, which are mainly used in the mines at risk of fire, consist of the aldumulator carried on a waist strap, a strongly insulated cable and the head lamp. The firedamp protection and the explosion protection that is often required require a special design. The accumulator housing is therefore protected against unauthorized opening by a magnetic lock or a screw provided with a triangular head. The batteries are charged in a special loading space above ground, with the battery housing being opened. In order to save this daily work, charging can also be carried out through the housing, in that a suitable point on the head lamp is used as a pole and: the battery housing itself is used as a second pole. However, the actuation of the switching device required for this must only be possible in the hold. The arrangement of a magnetic switch on the battery housing, which closes the charging circuit under an electric or permanent magnet, is known. However, practice has shown that it is possible to bring the switch to the closed position by applying a commercially available hand magnet. In this case, short circuits can be produced, which entail the risk of a firedamp explosion. The present invention eliminates this disadvantage by installing a safety device in the cover of the accumulator housing, namely in the following versions: r. Installation of a relay that is operated by the loading or by someone else's Spannjung; 2. Installation of a thermal switch, which is operated by: the loading or an external voltage; 3. Installation of a switch that can only be operated with a specially shaped key, whereby the key can only be inserted and removed when the switch is in the off position; 4. Installation of a switch that can only be operated by a specially shaped, live key, whereby the key can only be inserted and removed in the off position of the switch.
The aforementioned exemplary embodiments are shown in the drawing.

Beispiel 3 In Abb.3 wird in dem. Ladestromkreis vom Akkumulator a

25 to the switch contact segment 26, from spring 27 to the L aidefeder 14 of the charging circuit.
The key 2.4 for opening and closing the circuit is with the charging point
movably but not releasably connected. The key 24 can only be removed from the lamp

Die Anschlagscheibe 32 begrenzt die Einführung des Ladeschlüssels 28.Example 4 Fig. 4 shows another example for opening and closing the charging circuit for external charging of headlights. In the cover 3 of the housing 2 of the accumulator charging circuit can be closed by inserting a specially shaped current carrying key 28. In the interior of the cover there is an insulating piece 29, through which the key blade-like lug 30 only or a-. can be carried out when the charging circuit is interrupted. The current-carrying key 28 is rotated after being inserted into the cover 3, the lug 310 engaging in the contract spring Y and closing the circuit. The stop disk 32 limits the introduction of the loading key 28.
