Description
Circuit arrangement to prevent electroacoustic feedback, in particular in loudspeaker systems The invention relates to a circuit arrangement to prevent electroacoustic feedback, especially in speakerphone systems.
It is well known that these systems are known to be electroacoustic Feedback of known phenomena is very annoying. To get rid of them some suggestions have already been made. Arrangements known. With .these are z. B. Attenuation resistors in: both Speechzwcigen provided for the purpose Blocking or releasing of the language branches manually with the latter on or off these turned off.
There are also voice-controlled locking devices are known that Incandescent cathode tubes and relays contain damping resistors, the latter by means of their contacts in the speech branches on or off these and / or switch the speech branches disconnect, whereby the blocking is usually a complete one, d. h: the listening participant has the option of two-way communication only when the other participant has stopped listening speak or during a pause in conversation. So speaking and two-way talk requires always adhering to a certain speaking discipline. These arrangements are too not free from delays and therefore mutilation of speech.
The invention avoids all of the difficulties mentioned Arrangement in that in each of the two speech branches a dry rectifier, the one in series in a wire of the transmission circuit (series connection), -the other in Bridge between the two wires. of the receiving group (Cross connection), is arranged, both of the outgoing speech streams after their rectification be influenced at the same time and directly and in dependence on the influencing or non-influencing and of; their arrangement in the speech branches (longitudinal or Cross connection) enable the transmit circuit and. Block the receive circuit,: or. vice versa.
The invention has various advantages over known arrangements.
None of the participants need to wait until for intercom .the other participant stops, but any participant can take the initiative at any time of the conversation. In that, the as a dampening means in the two speech. circuits used dry rectifiers are in the same DC control circuit, they are both influenced by the direct current control. They stand consequently in an interdependent relationship to one another, and the change the attenuation in the two speech circles, incoming and outgoing, takes place gradually, d. H. stepless and automatic. If the attenuation in a speaking circuit decreases, then it increases them in the other. However, the sum of the attenuation in both speech circuits remains - always the same as mentioned above, d. H. it remains constant. Furthermore, since the The attenuation caused by the dry rectifier in each circuit is finite Has value, a complete blocking of a speaking group can never take place, -by which the participant is completely switched off. There is always an intercom option in such a way that even when talking in confusion, i. H. if both Participants speak at the same time, there is still an understanding as with Speaking through ordinary telephone equipment, g. Especially the inevitable control the blocking rectifier in that they are in a common control DC circuit lie and are influenced by the control currents at the same time, -is with the essential Advantage that the known arrangements do not have.
The following is' the invention with reference to that shown in the drawing Embodiment described in more detail. Only those are shown and described necessary to explain the concept of the invention. Entrustments.
In the illustrated embodiment, T i is a subscriber station connected to line L with loudspeaker Ls, microphone M and the associated devices. At the other end of the line L is the same subscriber station. The speech currents arising during the discussion of the microphone M are pressed onto the grid of the amplifier tube Vi by means of the transmitter Uem and amplified. The amplified speech streams reach speech branch I for the outgoing speech direction via the transmitters Ue i and Ue 2 @. In, the same .the blocking rectifier G i is in series in a wire. As long as no direct current flows through it, weak alternating currents, such as speech currents, are prevented from reaching the remote subscriber via the fork transmitter Ueg in the line L due to its high resistance or the resulting high attenuation in the line branch. In order to enable the unimpeded flow of speech currents completely automatically without any action by the speaking participant, part of the speech currents is branched off via a winding 3 of the transformer Ue 2 and pressed onto the grid of the amplifier tube V2 and amplified here. This reinforced portion speech currents are a 3 Vollwegg.leichrichter Gl i z by means of the transformer Ue. B. consisting of dry rectifiers in Graetz circuit, supplied, rectified and passed through, the blocking rectifier G i in the branch for .die outgoing speech direction I and G: 2 in the branch for the incoming speech direction hl. A direct current circuit is thus formed which, starting from the rectifier Gl i, runs through the choke coils Dr 3 and Dr i, the blocking rectifier G i, choke coil Dr 2 and blocking rectifier G2, back to the rectifier Gl i. The direct current flow brings the high resistance of the flyback rectifier G i to a low value or the high attenuation it causes in branch I is switched off, so that the speech currents through it and the fork Ueg unhindered in, the line L and closed idem participant lying at their end can get.
Fork transmitter Ueg and line simulation: V 'are intended to make the transition from. . To accomplish the four-wire path of the speakerphone on @ the subscriber two-wire line and at the same time also to prevent z. B. the speech streams from branch I for the outgoing speech direction instead of going into line L into branch II for the incoming speech direction. The comparison of these devices, fork transmitters and replicas, is, however, very imperfect given the strongly fluctuating attenuation ratios, such as those exhibited in particular by the subscriber lines in public telephone networks. In the case of the systems dealt with here, however, due to the high amplification, particular care must be taken to prevent parts of the speech streams from entering the. Get feedback path. When speaking in the outgoing direction (speech branch I), the part of the speech currents branched off at the transformer Ue 2 , amplified in V2 and rectified in the rectifier Gl i, flows through the blocking rectifiers G i and G 2. The direct current flow through the blocking rectifier G i causes its resistance to drop for the speech streams; they can reach line L unhindered. Since direct current also flows through the blocking rectifier G 2, its resistance for the speech currents also drops to a low value. At the blocking rectifier G: 2 , however, the drop in the resistance in the branch for the incoming speech direction, in contrast to the blocking rectifier G i, does not reduce the attenuation, but rather an increase, or in other words, the blocking rectifier G 2 acts here due to its arrangement in a bridge between, the veins of the speech branch II and its reduced resistance as a shunt for the feedback currents reaching it. Since the rectifiers for rectifying the alternating speech currents with their amplifier tubes work as inertia-free relays without mechanically moving parts, the operations described run extremely quickly without any delay.
If the subscriber T i now stops speaking and the subscriber at the other end of the line L speaks, the direct current flow from the rectifier G1 i via the blocking rectifiers G i and G: 2 also immediately stops; these again have their high resistance to speech currents. Since the blocking rectifier G 2 is in a bridge to the wires of the speech branch II, its resistance now forms for .die. Incoming speech streams coming from the line L do not deny any attenuation to be considered for this speech. The speech currents can therefore reach the grid of the amplifier tube 1'.I unhindered via the transformer Ue .4 and the transformer Ue 6. They iver: amplified here and act on the loudspeaker Ls. A part of these incoming speech currents is now also branched off via the winding 3 'of the transformer Ue-1 and pressed onto the grid of the amplifier tube l'3, here amplified and sent via the transformer Ue 5 to the full-wave rectifier GL 3. directs. The resulting direct current flow is pressed onto the grid of the microphone amplifier tube Vi as a negative grid voltage and thereby causes it to be blocked. The microphone 11 can therefore no longer be influenced by the sound vibrations emitted by the loudspeaker Ls or the vibrations arriving at it are prevented from reaching the branch for the outgoing speech direction I as feedback currents.
Seine Sprechströme überwiegen die durch die zusätzliche negativ.,- Gitterspannung von G13 her bewirkte Gitterverlagerung der Röhre Vi.The through the blocking rectifier in the circuit (microphone, branch for .the outgoing speech direction, fork, branch for the incoming speech direction, loudspeaker, Microphone) formed resistors are chosen and distributed so that the z. B., off .the branch for the outgoing speech direction via the fork in the branch for the Partial speech streams that violate the incoming speech direction are no longer capable, to excite the loudspeaker. But those from the line L can from the distant one Participant speech currents coming from the blocking rectifier through which direct current flows G 2 caused attenuation, `call the participant i is still speaking, overcome; she cause, as already described above, a grid potential shift on the microphone amplifier tube V i, and the remote subscriber can talk to one another at any time. This applies accordingly also for the opposite direction and the blocking rectifier G i; here too can while the distant participant speaks, the participant r anytime the initiative of the Seize the conversation. His speech currents outweigh those through the additional negative., Grid tension from G13 caused grid displacement of the tube Vi.
So none of the participants need to wait for the two-way talk, : until the other participant stops, but. any participant can do it at any time take the initiative of the conversation.
Because .the as a means of dampening in the two speech circles dry rectifiers used are in the same DC control circuit it is influenced by the control direct current both at the same time. You are therefore in an interdependent relationship to one another, and the change in Attenuation in: the two speech circles, incoming and outgoing, occurs gradually, @d. H. stepless and automatic. If the attenuation drops in one of the speech circuits, so it increases in the other. The sum of the attenuations in both speech circuits remains but always the same, as already mentioned above, d. H. it remains constant. Since furthermore the attenuation caused by the dry rectifier, one in each circuit has finite value, it can never be complete. A speech group is blocked, by which the participant is completely switched off. There is always an intercom option present in such a way that even in confusion, i. H. if .both Participants speak at the same time, there is still an understanding as with ordinary telephone.
