sich auf einen Kabelschuh, insbesondere für Aluminiumleitungen, zur Erzielung einer
sicheren Anschlußkontaktverbindung. Infolge des zum knappen Rohstoff gehörenden
Kupfers müssen elektrische Kupferleitungen durch Aluminiumleitungen für manche Zwecke
ersetzt werden. Bei derartigen. Leitungen ist es erforderlich, daßi sie an den Anschlußstellen
gute Kontaktverbindung ermöglichen, da bekanntlich Aluminium in kurzer Zeit sich
mit einer Oxydhaut überzieht, die sehr schlechte Stromübergänge an den Verbindungsstellen
verursacht. Es ist außerdem bekannt, daß sich Kontaktverbindungen bei Verwendung
von Aluminiumleitungen sehr schwierig durch Lö:tung herstellen lassen. Solche Lötarbeiten
nehmen viel Zeit in Anspruch und außerdem :gehört auch das hierzu notwendige Lot
zum knappen Rohstoff. Es sind bereits Kabelschuhe und ähnliche Kontaktverbindungen
für Aluminiumleitungen in verschiedenen Ausführungen in Vorschlag gebracht worden.
Diese bekannten Vorschläge weisen aber vor allem den Nachteil auf, daß sie nur in
verhältnismäßig großen Abmessungen fabrikatorisch herstellb:ar sind. Für eine Durchbildung
von kleinsten Kabelschuhen sind die bekannten Vorschläge ungeeignet. Es kommt ferner
hinzu, daß die bekannten Leitungsverbindungen bzw. Kabelschuhe mit viel zu großem
Materialaufwand aufgebaut sind. Die Erfindung bezweckt demgegenüber eine Verbesserung
mit dem Ziel, einen Kabelschuh für Aluminiumleitungen mit sicherer Kontaktverbindung
ohne großen Materialaufwand
und einfacher Herstellungsweise zu
erhalten. Sie besteht darin, daß das Ende des Leitungsdrahtes zu einer Ringschlaufe
gebogen ist, die von einer zusammenbiegbaren, mit Löchern versehenen Metallplatte
eingeschlossen wird, welche nach .der Verschraubung am Anschlußteil mit gewisser
Federung beiderseits gegen die Schlaufe drückt. Der in Vorschlag gebrachte Kabelschuh,
welcher einstückig herstellbar ist, eignet sich für jede; also auch für kleinste
Abmessungen; -so daß er insbesondere an schwer zugänglichen, stark verbauten Anschlußstellen
angeordnet werden kann. Bei Verwendung geeigneten Materials für die d.ie Ringschlaufe
einschließende, zusammenbiegbare Platte entsteht nach der Verschraubung an der Anschlußstelle
eine gewisse Federung des gesamten Kabelschuhes mit der Wirkung, daß ständig eine
gute Kontaktverbindung' zwischen den Kabelschuhplattenteilen und der Ringschlaufe
gewährleistet ist. Durch diese vorteilhafte Eigenschaft läßt sich der erfindungsgemäße
Kabelschuh besonders dort gut verwenden, wo ständigeErschütterüngen der Leitungen,
z. B. in elektrischen Anlagen von Kraftwagen und Flugzeugen, stattfinden. ' Die
