The side walls 1 each have a continuous vertical longitudinal groove 5 arranged approximately at the middle, which enables the side walls 1 to be folded inwards. The side walls 1 are provided with a shoulder 6 which supports the goods holder 3. For this purpose, the side wall parts 7, 8 below the goods holder 3 are additionally arranged at a right angle to one another in the set-up position in order to make the support fields relatively small. The goods holder 3 is divided by a groove 9 in order to enable a folding process.

The goods holder 3 serves to hold product trays, which are equipped with goods and, after being unfolded, are inserted into the sales display.

The walls 1, 2 and 4 have horizontal transverse grooves 10, 11, 12 in order to fold the wall parts to a right angle after the side walls 1 have been folded inwards in the manner of an accordion.

In order to enable a corresponding folding process and to carry out a fixation in the set-up position, in this design the goods holder 3 is provided on both sides with incisions 13 for receiving upper side wall parts 14.
