Betonbewehrungsstahl Die bisherige Art der Bewehrung von Stahlbeton mit Einlagen, deren Ouerschnittsfläche auf ganzer Länge gleichbleibend ist, bedingt in verschiedenen Fällen einen wesentlichen Mehrverbrauch an Stahl. So ist es z. B. nach den wohlbegründeten »Bestirnmungen. des Deutschen Ausschusses für Stahlbeton« vorgeschrieben, daß die zur Deckung der Feldmomente erforderlichen Stahleinlagen bis zu den Stützen durchzuführen sind. Da die Ouerschnittsfläche des Einlagestahles nach dem größten Feldmoment bemessen werden muß, wird z. B. beim »Träger auf zwei Stützen«, der anteilmäßig im Stahlbeton vorherrscht, dadurch theoretisch ein Stahlmehrverbrauch von rund einem Drittel verursacht, denn die bei Gleichlast parabolische Momentenfläche erfährt eine Stahldeckung, die dem umschriebenen Rechtecke entspricht. Die zulässige Stahlspannung wird dabei ausschließlich im Mittelquerschnitt ausgenützt. Die Stahlverknappung und der Umstand, daß gewisse Stahlbetonkonstruktionsabmessungen immer wiederkehren (z. B. bei Wohnhausdecken), führten zu dem Gedanken, durch Herstellung und Verwendung von Bewehrungsstählen, bei denen die Größe ihrer Ouerschnittsflächen dem Momentenverlaufe weitestgehend angepaßt ist, den Stahlverbrauch zu senken.Concrete reinforcement steel The previous type of reinforcement for reinforced concrete with inlays, the cross-sectional area of which is constant over the entire length, conditionally in various cases a significant increase in steel consumption.
