Process for bleaching fibers from native and regenerated cellulose
and products made therefrom. To achieve good bleaching effects, one uses
often so-called combination processes, in which two or more bleaching agents
can be used in various ways. , A well-known combination is e.g. B. the chlorine peroxide bleach,
in which the textile material in one stage with chlorine and in the other stage with
Peroxide is bleached. There are also bleaching processes in which reducing agents,
such as B. hydrosulfite, the chlorine or peroxide bleach before or after.
In the case of permanganate bleaching, reducing agents such as bisulfite,
Hydrosulphite, or aftertreated with acidic hydrogen peroxide solutions.
With these combinations, you have to choose between the individual bleaching stages
the previous bleach by rinsing or other measures, e.g. B. antichlorination,
removed as the bleaches mentioned would cancel each other out.
If these measures are omitted, unnecessary consumption or even a disruption would be the result
of the bleaching process.
The invention is characterized in that for the purpose of bleaching
of fibers made from native or regenerated cellulose and products made from them
with peroxide and sodium chlorite these two bleaches without changing the liquor in
a bath.
You can according to the invention, for. B. proceed so that the textile material
first pretreated with an acidic chlorite solution and then without
Fleet change
after the addition of H202, alkali and a suitable stabilizer, bleached with peroxide.
Or you can first pre-bleach with a peroxide bath and then set; without the fleet
to change, Na: triumcblorit and possibly acid too, in order to bleach with this bath
to complete. But it is also possible to have the chlorite and the peroxide together at the same time
add the bath at the beginning and the bleach according to one of the two described
Methods to carry out. The chlorite treatment can be normal or increased
Temperature can be made.
In
It is known that hypochlorite bleaching is complementary
Oxygen bleaching without changing the liquor follows. It is particularly noted here, however,
that the peroxide bleaching agent is added to the used hypochlorite liquor. In
the knowledge that these two bleaches decompose each other, has the
The inventor deliberately aimed his method on the fact that the peroxide only then the
Hypochlorite bath is added when the hypochlorite is completely used up. In contrast
to this end, according to the present invention, one bleaching agent can be added to the other
before the same is used up, yes it is even possible to do both at the same time
to add, whereby one has it optionally in the hand, by appropriate setting
the pu of the fleet either first one or the other or vice versa to the effect
to let come.
