Description

To solve this problem, the invention proposes that an electrical conductor is arranged in the U-profile of at least one horizontal bar running along its base and that a further U-profile is clamped into the U-profile, which has recesses in the area of the vertical bar passages that are open on one side and extend into its base, whereby the U-profiles are held clamped together with their mouths facing each other.

The design according to the invention ensures, on the one hand, that the electrical conductor is protected as far as possible against unauthorized contact. On the other hand, it is not immediately clear from the fence mesh designed in this way whether it is protected by a corresponding electrical cable or not. It is also entirely possible to provide corresponding clamping profiles several times on horizontally running bars, but to only lay an electrical conductor through such a profile, so that an attempt at manipulation can only lead to the cable or electrical conductor being found with considerable effort.

The fence mesh with safety device consists essentially of fence mesh elements with vertical bars 1 and horizontal bars 2. The vertical bars are designed as round bars, whereas the horizontal bars are designed as U-profiles through which the vertical bars pass through holes. The connection is made by welding. An electrical conductor 3 is secured to the fence mesh.
