Vorliegende Erfindung bezweckt in erster Linie, die Anheizflamme derart gegen äufseren Luftzug zu schützen, dafs die Erwärmung eine möglichst gleichmäfsige, die Vergasung constant ist, und die Anheizflamme durch eine möglichst vollkommene Verbrennung keinen üblen Geruch, wie bisher, verbreiten kann. Zu diesem Zweck ist der Behälter α von einem Rohr b engeren Durchmessers durchbrochen, in dessen untersten Theil das Dochtrohr c der Anheizflamme mündet. Sobald die letztere angezündet ist, wird sie durch den von ihr selbst entwickelten Luftzug durch das Rohr b in ruhig-gleichmäfsigem Strom gezogen, so dafs zunächst durch die Anordnung dieses Flammenrohres die Anheizfläche gröfser wird als bisher, die Erhitzung intensiver wegen der Abgeschlossenheit der erhitzten Theile wirkt, und endlich durch die durch den selbsterregten Luftzug zugeführte Luft die Oxydation in der Anheizflamme derart gefördert wird, dafs der unangenehme Geruch fast völlig verschwindet.The present invention primarily aims to protect the heating flame against external drafts in such a way that the heating is as uniform as possible, the gasification is constant, and the heating flame cannot give off an unpleasant smell, as before, by burning it as perfectly as possible.
